This is a meditation to get closer to Christ and also to increase courage and hope.
Also in particularly difficult times.
Before we start the meditation,
We pray.
Also now go into your inner prayer.
Your eyes look at the video or you light a candle in front of you.
Stare at the light of this candle and perhaps if you do this meditation together with other people,
The light will be in your midst.
This can be actually meeting each other or by making a virtual date.
See the golden light around the flame as you stare at the flame.
The candle,
The fire stood for the sun in ancient cultures and the sun stands for Christ.
As you look at this candle,
Seeing the golden light around this candle and perceiving more and more of this golden light,
You connect more and more with Christ.
So stare until you feel the golden light,
Until you feel it reaching you and your body.
Or until you see it reaching your body.
And then close your eyes.
Breathe deep into your stomach so that you feel more and feel the golden light reaching you.
And you can now open your heart to this golden light.
Open your heart to Christ.
Notice how the golden light begins to shine more and more,
Especially in your heart.
How this shine becomes brighter and brighter.
How this shine expands more and more.
With every breath,
The golden light of Christ shines more and more in your heart.
And with every breath,
It expands a little bit more.
Open your heart more and more for Christ so that he can enter and take charge of your life.
So that he works more and more for you in this world.
So become more and more aware of the presence of the light.
Become more and more aware of the presence of Christ within you.
And maybe you feel that the golden light has already expanded far beyond the size of your fist.
And is about to fill your whole chest and fill more and more of your whole body.
Golden light in you.
The light of Christ in you.
Simply because you have opened yourself to him.
Because you have given him space.
Because you have let your personality recede.
And perceive this very carefully,
Consciously.
As Christ,
The light of Christ now fills you.
Perhaps more than ever before,
Is present and effective in you.
And then become aware that at this very moment,
There are other people who are meditating like you.
Who are opening their hearts more and more for the divine,
For Christ.
Perhaps you can perceive some of these people in front of your inner eye.
And so you are now connected with each one of them.
And so you realize that you are not alone in bringing more and more light into this world.
But that there are many people who place themselves in the service of the divine.
And expand your perception even further.
To the whole region.
To the whole country.
And certainly you know many people.
And perhaps you perceive many more people that you do not know.
See how bright the light shines everywhere in our country.
The light of Christ.
The light of unconditional love.
The light of power and wisdom.
The light of peace and freedom.
With every light that you perceive,
You can connect yourself.
And perhaps you also see that the other people and lights are all connected with each other.
That a dense web of light has been laid over this country.
Whose main goal is to let Christ work for them more and more in their lives.
To bring more and more light into this world.
More and more peace.
And perhaps you notice how this awareness that you are not alone gives you courage and hope.
How being part of a network of light beings increases peace within yourself.
Increases light.
Increases courage.
How you support each other.
And so the light shines brighter and brighter and brighter.
So that you also have a greater and greater effect on your immediate surroundings.
Spreading peace and confidence.
Increasing hope and courage.
And if you look a few steps further,
You may see that this network extends far beyond the borders of your country.
A dense network of people who have opened their lives for Christ.
Who have truly opened.
Not only in words,
But deep in their hearts and also in their actions.
And how all these people are becoming or have already become a support and help to their surroundings during this time.
As you are becoming or already have become.
Perhaps you also feel gratitude for this huge network that stretches around the globe.
Everywhere where people live.
You may feel gratitude for the support you give and receive from each other.
So keep this feeling of gratitude in your heart as you take your attention back.
Withdraw your attention completely back to yourself.
Be aware of your own light now.
Focus on your own light that shines.
Because you have opened your heart and your whole life to Christ.
So breathe deeply a few more times and feel the light,
The love,
The power and wisdom of Christ within you.
Within you.
So you become more and more stable.
Feel your light growing.
The light within you.
Feel the joy of Christ growing within you.
Which is independent of anything that is happening around you.
So take your time.
You need to enjoy and perceive all this.
And when you are ready,
Return your consciousness back into your body.
Become aware of the chair or the base on which you are sitting.
Become aware of your whole body and then open your eyes at your time.
Bring that OFFICER DOWN,
