Hello and welcome to this guided meditation where we will be tuning in to the wisdom of our heart.
Please find a comfortable place to sit or lie down and begin to come into a conscious relationship and awareness with your body as you breathe deeply in and exhale completely out,
Tending to your inhale and your exhale with a sense of openness,
Gratitude and gentle curiosity.
As you settle into this moment of sweetness,
This quiet still time in your day,
Begin to focus your mind's eye on your heart,
Moving the inner gaze to your chest,
Piercing down beneath your flesh,
Your rib cage,
Gazing deeply in at this beautifully rhythmic muscle inside of you.
And watch with gratitude and amazement at its ceaseless effort to support you,
Its musical,
Electrical,
Wise currents which flow through every part of your body.
Feel the energy of love in the purest part of your heart,
The energy of life force,
Creativity,
Compassion,
Empathy,
Support.
Become aware of a golden light at the core of your heart.
And as your heart is pumping blood through your veins to your muscles and your tissues,
So now does your body become supported by this light life force of your heart.
Watch as this golden light travels throughout your body,
Feeling relief and gentleness flowing through your system now.
As you zoom out from the core of your heart,
You become aware of the surrounding tissue and the surrounding field of energy right around your heart,
Right inside of your chest,
Underneath your rib cage.
There's a swirling energetic filtration system surrounding your heart.
It is both of and for the heart to create boundaries,
Protection,
To invite purity and discernment as your heart so effortlessly manages your system.
Send loving presence,
Guidance and divine light to that filtration system around the heart.
Imprint that layer of energy with a feeling or a vision of pure love.
See yourself smiling in all of your innocence,
All of your truth and all of your possibilities.
Strengthen this filtration system by softening any walls and fortifying any boundaries.
A wall is a technology of obstruction.
A boundary is a technology of mutuality,
Respect and sovereignty.
Feel where the difference is for you and invite more softness or more clarity at this time.
Become aware of the blood flowing through your veins.
Become aware of the marrow in your bones as you imprint every part of your body with this loving energy of the heart.
And now we out picture beyond the body the energy of the heart,
The electrical field of the heart which extends beyond the physical.
You might visualize it as a green ray of light shooting from the front and the back of your heart circulating the middle of your body.
Imagine the light from the front of your heart flowing up over your head and down through your crown.
Imagine that heart light from the back of your heart flowing up over the back of your neck over your head and down through your crown.
Imagine that golden energy at the core of your heart flowing up through the throat chakra into the seed of the brain into the mind.
And allow the energy of your heart to coalesce and bathe your mind with sweet relief and release.
We understand now that the mind will be in service to the wisdom of the heart.
And that this is the structure of right relationship for each one of us to know to be the truth of what we are.
Feel the relief in your body as your mind becomes still.
Sense in your essence,
A deep abiding divine neutrality.
This is not the sudden lightning strike of enlightenment that so many seek and so many scheme to find.
This is the seed of all wisdom and knowing.
This is the way that all teachings,
All guidance,
And all energy will be realized through you in the purest possible way.
This is the wisdom and the relief of your heart.
Bathe in this presence.
Relax deeply into the neutrality.
The compassionate observation of what is you no longer have to be hanging suspended in separation from life.
Be in your body with the wisdom of your heart.
Feel the subtlety of this liberation.
Smile at the easiness and gentleness.
The nuance of freedom.
When you are ready,
Begin to come back into your conscious awareness.
Open your eyes,
Wiggle and stretch your body.
Smile with love and kindness at yourself and know that all is well within you.
You are divinely resourced with the wisdom,
The steadfastness,
The wherewithal,
And the compassion to walk your path.
