This body awareness visualization meditation will help you bring your awareness back to the physical body and end with calling back life force energy to replenish your energetic body from where you have left or give your energy to others.

Welcome.
In this meditation,
I'll be walking you through a body scan.
So let's begin with gentle,
Deep breaths as you get comfortable in your meditation position,
Either sitting in a chair or on the floor or lying down in a position that will allow you to relax,
Yet stay aware.
As you continue to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth,
I'll share some benefits of this meditation.
My intention with this meditation is to bring awareness to your physical body and share with you how to notice foreign energy in your space and help guide you in where you can direct this energy.
As you continue with your breaths in and out,
Notice how you feel in your body.
Is there anything that is physically drawing your attention away from being present with me in this meditation?
If so,
Make those adjustments so that you can focus in a relaxed manner.
Now deepening your inhale and your exhale,
Try to insert a pause at the top of your breath and at the bottom of your exhale,
Something like this.
So you breathe in 1,
2,
3,
Pause 2,
3,
Exhale 2,
3,
Hold 2,
3,
Inhale 2,
3,
Pause 2,
3,
Exhale 2,
3,
Hold 2,
3,
Exhale 2,
3,
Now try this on your own,
Hold 2,
3,
And continue for 2 more cycles.
When you're ready,
Just return to normal breathing.
If that was a challenge for you,
That's okay,
Maybe you can just start practicing slowly over the next week or so.
So now that we're returned to normal breath,
Place your awareness to the top of your head.
Just notice if you're holding any tension in your scalp or forehead,
Just allow those areas to relax.
Moving through your brows,
Your ears,
Your jaw,
Just notice what's there and let it go as you exhale.
Moving through your neck,
Throat,
Shoulders,
Release any tension that you may be holding on to through your chest and elbows,
Through your stomach and wrists.
Placing your awareness on these areas of your body,
Allowing yourself to release any tension and relax.
Through your hips,
Thighs,
Fingers,
Just relax.
Through your lower back,
Your backside,
Your knees,
Just notice what you may be holding on to in these areas and release the tension where you can.
Continuing through your lower legs,
Ankles,
Feet,
And toes,
Just allow it all to relax.
Now that we're in our body and relaxed,
We're going to ground.
If you already know how to ground,
Please do so now and continue to release while I walk those through a grounding exercise if you don't know.
So place your awareness to the end of your spine and just notice the space.
In this space between the pubic bone and the end of your spine is an energy center and I invite you to tune into this energy center and notice a glowing red ball of light.
This ball of light will help connect you to the center of the earth through a grounding cord.
If this is difficult for you to imagine or sense,
That's okay.
Just setting your attention to grounding is all that you need for it to happen.
So for those of you that can sense this red ball of light,
Imagine that this red ball of light is expanding to just the right size to support your needs for this session.
Imagine this red ball of light falling like an anchor to the center of the earth and around this anchor is a hollow cord that is connected to that energy center at the end of your spine.
This anchor that's now traveling down,
Down,
Down to the center of the earth will give you the means to release any energy that does not serve you.
Energy that may have come from someone else,
Energy that came into your space based on a situation or experience.
We're just going to set the intention that we will let go of any and all of this energy through this grounding cord.
With intention we'll go through our energetic space and allow all foreign energy that's not ours to be released through this grounding cord.
Beginning at the top of our head,
We'll be doing another scan and this time we're going to tune into the energy within each of these areas and setting the intention that we are releasing energy that no longer serves us or no longer serves our highest good as we clear a pathway to our intention.
So moving through the skull just allow anything that does not feel like it belongs in that space to be released.
This could include recurring negative thoughts,
A conversation that didn't end well,
Or some nagging feeling.
Moving through your neck,
Throat,
And shoulders just release anything that you sense in this area that doesn't belong.
Through our arms,
Our upper body,
Through our stomach,
And lower back.
Again this is just with intention allowing it all to go through our grounding cord.
Continuing through our hips and thighs,
Through our upper legs,
Knees,
Lower legs,
Ankles,
And feet.
Now placing our awareness to the top of our head.
Imagine three feet above you is a golden sun.
This golden sun is so massive that you feel like an ant next to it.
This golden sun will be used to call back all of our life force energy.
So with intention and imagination notice the magnet in the middle of this golden sun.
Imagine yourself writing your name in magnetic ink on this magnet.
This is empowering you and broadcasting that you are calling back your life force energy and yours alone.
Notice all of your life force energy coming back to you.
Notice all of the vivid and brilliant colors that are coming into your golden sun and how all of this is being refreshed as it crosses the outer walls of the golden sun.
Now that the golden sun has cleansed and rejuvenated all of your life force energy,
Imagine that you're cracking the bottom of this golden sun as if it were an egg.
And notice what is coming out is warm golden liquid entering through the top of your head and filling you in like a beautiful glass of juice.
Filling your toes,
Feet,
And ankles up to your knees,
Hips,
And thighs through your waist,
Lower back,
And tummy through your upper body to your neck down your arms up your neck through your head and allowing any excess to just drip from your fingers and through the top of your head.
Take a nice deep breath in and exhale and allow yourself to soak in your own energy.
Just sit with this feeling for a few moments.
When you're ready gently open your eyes maybe tap your legs to become more present and in your body.

You can do this meditation as often as you choose.
