Welcome,

My young friends,

To this special moment of calm and tranquility.

I invite you to find a comfortable position where you're sitting or lying down and gently close your eyes.

Take a nice deep breath in and let it out slowly,

Allowing your body to relax with each breath.

I invite you to imagine that you're in a beautiful,

Peaceful garden.

The sun is shining brightly and colorful flowers surround you.

You can feel a gentle breeze brushing against your skin,

Making you feel light and free.

As you stand in this magical garden,

You notice a friendly butterfly fluttering nearby.

This butterfly will be your guide,

Here to help you relax and find inner peace.

It gently lands on your shoulder and you feel a sense of warmth and comfort.

Now imagine that you can hear the sounds of nature all around you.

You hear the soft chirping of birds,

The rustling of leaves,

And the distant sound of a flowing river.

Let these soothing sounds wash over you,

Bringing a sense of serenity and calmness.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine that you have a special power inside you.

The power to create and spread kindness.

With each breath in,

Imagine this power growing stronger and brighter within you.

With each breath out,

Imagine that you are sending waves of kindness out into the world.

Think of someone you care about.

Maybe it's a family member,

A friend,

Or a pet.

Picture their face in your mind and imagine sending them a warm,

Loving hug.

Feel the joy and happiness that spreads through your body as you share your kindness with them.

Now let's take a moment to focus on ourselves.

Imagine that you're holding a mirror in front of you.

Look into this mirror and see your own reflection.

Smile at yourself and say something kind.

Remind yourself of your unique qualities,

Strengths,

And the things that make you special.

Take a nice deep breath in and gently let it out,

Feeling a sense of peace and contentment.

Know that you are a remarkable and valuable person,

Capable of bringing happiness and goodness to the world around you.

As we come to the end of our meditation,

Take a moment to express gratitude for this time that you've spent in this peaceful garden.

Give thanks for the kindness within you and for the opportunity to share it with others.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and bring your attention back to the present moment.

Try to carry this feeling of peace and kindness and self-love with you throughout your day.

Remember that you have the power to make the world a better place,

One kind act at a time.
