I'm an RYT 500 that teaches yoga philosophy for Yoga Alliance Continuing Ed. I founded The Intention Table with programs that bring a person's body and mind into recovery from complex Trauma. This was created from my desire to help myself from lifelong suppressed trauma. Currently, I specialize in Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness & Yoga and teach to those in recovery from abuse, addiction, eating disorder, and trafficking. I often am told that my voice is incredibly soothing, calming and nurturing.
