Go ahead and sit still for a moment and just feel the rhythm of your breath flowing in and out through your nostrils.

Begin to relax your face,

Your scalp,

Neck,

Shoulders,

Your back,

Spine,

Chest,

Stomach,

Hips,

Thighs,

Legs,

And feet.

Breathing in deeply,

Feel your whole body connecting and grounding into the earth beneath your feet.

Each breath in,

Feeling yourself becoming more present,

Centered,

And whole in your body.

Each breath out,

Letting go of any tension or stress your body might be holding onto.

As you feel more deeply rooted and connected to the earth beneath you,

Allow your consciousness to go deeper into your heart,

Into the beating organ in the center of your chest.

Feeling the beating in your heart pumping oxygen throughout your entire body.

In and out.

In and out.

Feeling yourself to go even deeper into the rhythm of your own heartbeat.

And as you go even deeper,

Relaxing more and more,

Just allow space to be created within the center of your heart.

Allow your heart to open and expand more and more.

And as you continue breathing deeply,

I'd like you to imagine this space within your heart as a doorway that can open to the energy of love.

As you expand in this space,

Allow the energy of love to pour through your heartbeat.

Imagine this energy moving through you in whatever color you imagine it to be.

It could be pink or gold or green.

Whatever color you imagine,

Just allow this energy to pour from your heart and fill your entire body with the healing current of love.

Allow this energy to wrap all around you and heal the outside of your body as well,

Taking you to a state of deeper connection and oneness.

Breathing in and out.

In this infinite space of love and compassion,

Imagine that here you have the ability to know or discover anything you wish to know the answer to.

Allow the answers to your questions to come bubbling up,

Surrounding you with clarity and nourishment.

Breathing in this state,

Allow yourself to feel a sense of being unconditionally loved and held by the forces within you and all around you.

And as you relax even deeper into this space of total love,

Go ahead and imagine how you can send out this love to the world around you in some way.

Breathing in deeper into this infinite space.

Realize or feel yourself now and in the future,

Sharing this source of infinite love that lies within your heartbeat.

And whenever you're ready,

Come back from that space outside of yourself,

Traveling all the way back inside of you,

Inside of your heart,

Feeling at peace and connected with the love that exists right inside.

Breathing in deeply now,

Coming all the way back into your body.

And when you're ready,

You can slowly open your eyes.
