You know,

All of us have an inner world of our feelings and emotions.

Part of us that we feel is intrinsic to us.

And many of us are taught to go very much outward to,

You know,

De-emphasize the inner world even to,

You know,

Disrespect it in order to achieve outer goals or focus on the outer.

And this is,

At this point,

We are really off balance.

It's not working,

Which is why there's,

You know,

Part of why there's so much mental trauma right now.

It's also,

You know,

Is a symptom of how we are,

How off balance we are.

Mother Nature is also out of whack.

So I feel that for the humans to come back into balance and for Mother Nature,

Human beings,

We need to slow down,

Feel our feelings and our emotions.

Just feel them.

And I mean,

Not try to fix them,

You know,

But to actually feel what is going on with us so we can find our balance.

I mean,

What if all the anxiety that people are feeling is just because on a very deep level,

People are anxious because they know they're kind of going the wrong way.

We're not dealing with the inner calling and the inner material that might help us find a way to navigate this difficult period in humanity.

I mean,

What if it's that?

You know,

Instead of,

You know,

Managing our mental health,

Why don't we just listen to ourselves a little bit?

Let's slow down and listen and begin to value ourselves and learn how to be with our feelings,

Learn how to observe them.

You know,

When you really make friends with your inner world,

You can observe what's going on without buying into it or acting out.

It gives you control.

It gives you a really big control over things,

Over yourself,

But also over if you keep developing this over what happens to you.

Because the more you're accepting your inner material and embracing it,

The softer life will go with you.

You know,

Because you're not running away from anything.

It's like I've said in another video,

You know,

Whatever running away from,

We will run too.

So if we just stop running and just be with ourselves and focus on self-acceptance,

I really feel mother nature would settle down too.

Not only the human race,

But mother nature.

And also the information about what we can do to,

You know,

Treat mother nature better would bubble up from inside us.

We'd be better informed because we'd be listening to our instinctive wisdom.

Well,

So I hope we go that way before there's any more trouble.

I hope we get the message and just start befriending our inner world.

So our outer world settles down.

I’ve been trying to settle down my outer world for years. I know finding peace within is what I’ve been working toward but with so many outside influences that’s a hard one. I guess that’s why it takes till old age to get it, huh!? Lol
