Feeling Dense Emotions is not easy. It is human to avoid or push down feelings of anger, rage, resentment, disgust, sorrow, guilt and other difficult emotions. The thing is, learning to embrace these emotions is key to learning to walk the deeper spiritual journey. If we don’t learn to feel them inwardly, they get enacted outwardly. Look at the state of our world. War. Corruption. Hate. Poverty. All can be healed if we take an inward step to heal and clear this density within us.
