Scientists know matter moves as both particles and waves. We are all individuals but everything in humanity follows a kind of bell curve—it moves like a wave. When we try to remove what we perceive as the most negative, we also lose the most positive. We live in a world of duality, of light and dark, and both are necessary. Trying to fix or perfect things can lead societies out of balance, even into barbarism, as history has shown many times. As we begin to understand we are part of something far more intelligent than our small brains and/or intellect, we can gently shift from the mind into the heart—where we feel more at peace, more connected, and truly happier.
