Midday Reset | 3 Minutes Back To Yourself
by Susie Dryden
Take three minutes in the middle of a busy day. With your eyes closed or your gaze lowered, you’ll drop your shoulders, unclench your jaw, and soften your hands, then settle into a few slow breaths with quiet sighs on the exhale. Whatever you were doing can wait, and for these few minutes you can let your chair or the floor hold you completely. A short, grounded practice combining breath awareness and a quick body release, calm without being sleepy, so you can do it at your desk, in your car before heading in, or anywhere you need a pause. Come back to your day a little steadier.
