Okay welcome to the podcast and I'm just gonna let you know in advance that if you hear some background noise I've got some bats outside my window that are currently eating the figs and they're dropping on the roof next door to me can you hear that but I just felt really cold to record this podcast anyhow so and I also live in quite a rainforesty place which is pretty amazing so there's always lots of insects and you can hear the crickets and all of the beautiful sounds at nighttime so today I want to talk about energy hygiene now I just was going through my old notes because previously I've done quite an amazing course with a woman called Pam Montgomery who has written the book plant spirit healing among many other amazing books and she is a shaman and energy healer and has many beautiful talents and it was a very interesting story that I'll share with you on how I connected with Pam I manifested it quite quickly and I'd love love love to share that story on another podcast but today I'm going to talk about energy hygiene so let's jump straight into it so plants have the highest level of quantum order or living existence so because plants are connected directly to the earth and the sunlight they are clearly channels and master alchemists that can have the ability to capture light photons and infuse it into their plant cells and tissues and through the process of photosynthesis they are then able to create cells cell walls lignin and that sort of thing from these carbohydrates and and things that they've gotten from the Sun essentially so the process goes water and carbon dioxide and the Sun and then what is produced is oxygen and sugars so they are basically these they are many things but one of them is alchemists and we have so so so much to learn from plants on not only on so many levels you know we often only think about plants as you know maybe it's like a herb or remedy or something that we can use to heal something in the body but we've never even thought about the spiritual level maybe the plant has a certain energy a certain aura a certain personality some of the trees in the world are over five to ten thousand years old now can you simply try and imagine the intelligence that is instilled in that being and new scientific research is coming out now that is just starting to uncover the innate intelligence of plants and even the fact that they may have photoreceptors like humans and have the ability to see like humans with eyes you can hear the bats an amazing book that I'm currently reading is called the heartbeat of trees by Peter Walla Walla Ben he also has another really cool book and he writes from this beautiful scientific slash I don't know if you could say spiritual but it's very scientific as well as you know I've kind of open level as well so very easy to read and just presents some groundbreaking leading-edge research on trees particularly trees like big old ancient birch trees anyways I just went on a massive tangent again so back to the original topic plants having this very amazing ability that we can learn from so now the so energy hygiene basically something that I did during the workshop that I did with Pam for several days and I also do quite regularly in my own life is called a limpio now a limpio is basically a bunch of plants that you can pick which can be combined of flowers different you know branches of plants I love the native Australian plants with like eucalyptus leaves or the matey see or sizes Jim varieties is something that has you know volatile oils in the leaves or some sort of scent is really really good and you can pick a bunch of plants or and also dried herbs such as something like lavender or rose and you can pick them from your yard or the neighborhood or when you go for a walk and you can actually just hang these in your shower but I like to wrap them up with a piece of string and dip them in pure water of some sort and then clear your aura with that so you can also make this like a ceremony or a ritual and do it with a friend and get them to brush you down with the limpia and now limpias have been used for thousands of years in different ancient cults different cultures around the world and they cleanse and clear and remove energy that gets stuck or attached to our bodies just just like mud that gets kicked onto your body so if this energy is left unattended this is what can eventually lead to some sort of physical disease so we really want to be on top of our energy hygiene and our aura and a really fun way you know if you're sick of doing sage or you want to try something new is to do Olympia or maybe you can get some girlfriends together and make that part of the weekend it's a beautiful practice as well getting used to you know going out into the forest and having a look for some different plants to be able to use and then you can start getting to know the plants more what are their names what are they what can they be useful for what do they feel like what do they smell like how do they make you feel inside do they invoke an emotional response do they have an aura so this can be a really nice way to connect to nature but this this also is just a way to shower yourself with love basically and this helps bring your entire physical body back into balance and nervous system and your aura so this can help release oxytocin as well which is the love hormone so really really cool but some other ways to eliminate negative energy or particularly EMFs or static energy from your aura are moving water so going to somewhere you can swim with running water is so freaking healing it is amazing it's like instantly your aura is clear sitting under a waterfall any sort of creek nature naturally infuses the water with all of the surrounding riparian plants and leaves and flowers and berries and whatever else in the area into that water and when you're in the water your skin is absorbing all of these beautiful minerals and nutrients and you're also cleansing your energy and grounding yourself so it's a very very amazing practice and you can also give thanks to that water body for what it's giving you because remember the water systems of the earth are like the blood that run through our veins in our bodies and they are what interconnects everything so they're so vital for our health and for the planet's health besides moving water you can also take a shower to ground yourself or clear your energy field you can have a bath with Epsom salts and essential oils and also put flowers in the bath and that's kind of like a Olympia bath or a flower infusion bath which is totally amazing maybe some rose petals in there if you're wanting to evoke some feminine energy sandalwood and lavender essential oil super amazing and some crystals that really help with this are selenite, Selenite you can carry around with you for protection, Shungite, Shungite should only be sourced from Russia only Russia has the true the true stone there so shungite so amazing you can even wear a shungite necklace to protect you from EMFs throughout the day whenever you go into shopping centers we're just constantly bombarded by them so whether we're at home on our computer on our phone 5g is coming in in most places around the world so our nervous system can be stimulated when we don't even realize it and be affecting our health and black tourmaline is also another really good one so I hope you learned something from that podcast and I can't wait to share more on plants energy hygiene and and
