In this quick video, I explain why this is the case for some of us, and how to adjust your grounding practice to feel calm and centred. In this video I mention a grounding meditation practice I have added for you right here on Insight Timer within my guided meditation tracks.

Okay guys,
So I have something very interesting to share with you because sometimes when we are grounding,
We might feel like it's not working and we don't understand why.
And I want to explain to you why this happens,
Especially with starseeds.
So being a starseed,
We don't originate from Earth.
But everything that we've been taught about grounding is connect to the Earth's energy,
Connect to Mother Nature,
Ground,
Ground,
Ground,
Get yourself planted here,
You know,
Like all of those types of things.
What that's doing,
It might be calming our nervous system,
But it doesn't always necessarily ground us.
And the reason why is because we are not from here.
This is not our planet.
So when we're trying to have our soul feel grounded,
We actually need to ground up into the ethers,
Up into space,
Up into the universe,
Because this is not our home planet.
This is not where we feel grounded.
So sometimes the grounding techniques are great.
Other times there's the Pleiadian technique,
Which I've put into the meditation for you guys,
Where you're grounding both to the earth and up to the ethers.
And if you're still finding that that doesn't necessarily feel super grounding to you,
Then you can just nix the grounding to earth at all.
And imagine instead of a tree trunk or a root or an etheric cord going down into the earth's core,
You can imagine branches or just that bright light,
Space and into any planets up in the universe and just stick to that grounding technique and see how that does for you.
