Okay,

Guys,

Let's talk about quantum jumping.

It is one of my absolute favorite things.

So when we think about quantum jumping,

Okay,

Quantum jumping is essentially shifting your awareness from one timeline into another one.

And we know that the universe has multiple timelines,

Infinite possibilities,

Dr.

Strange vibes,

Where he can see all the different outcomes.

It's all there.

And I don't know if you guys have ever heard of the saying,

Every time you make a decision,

A new reality splits off with like the opposite one.

So say,

For example,

You wanted to go to a concert and you decided to go,

There's also a timeline branched off where you don't go.

And it's infinite possibilities.

And it just there's so many of them over and over and over again.

And so when we are quantum jumping,

What we're doing is we're actually shifting our awareness into a different dimension,

A different reality,

That has things that are more aligned to us what we're looking for.

So the reason why we quantum jump is because we want to get into a certain reality where our goals are more attainable.

We're trying to shift timelines,

We're trying to get to another outcome of life.

And so it doesn't necessarily mean that where you are now just gets demolished.

Like when you're listening on a radio,

You have all of these different stations.

And just because you switch from one to another doesn't mean that the other radio station no longer exists,

It's still there,

You're just tuned in and listening to a different frequency.

So it's the same with quantum jumping,

You're just shifting your awareness from one radio station,

Which is i.

A dimension to another where the things that you are looking to achieve are more readily available and more in alignment to you in that way.

So it's a really,

Really fun practice.

And it's really exciting.

And there's a couple of different ways you can do this,

Of course.

So my favorite way is through quantum jump meditations,

You're essentially meditating,

Visualizing.

So if you can't visually see it might be a little bit harder for you.

But you can also just tap into emotions instead of having to look at it.

But you're visualizing the life that you want to jump into.

So whatever dimension it's in the life that you're dreaming of,

Whether it's having a partner having a certain salary,

Having a certain job living in a certain place,

You're going to envision that and see your old self stepping into that timeline and merging to it and living life out as that person,

You are merging the realities and stepping into the new dimension.

You can also do it with water,

There's some people who will have two cups of water,

One with the old one with the new and it's like all written on there,

You pour one into the other drink it.

And that's like you shifting.

People also do it in the shower.

So if you're having all of the water come down on you,

You're closing your eyes and you're envisioning the water washing away the old version of you and revealing the new version of yourself in this new timeline that you want to jump to.

So there's a lot of different ways you can do it,

Whichever feels most resonant to you go for it.

I have included the meditation because that is my favorite way.

And that is the way that I have seen the most potent results.

So that's here for you guys.

And that is the way where I have the most confident and I know that it for for for for sure works.

You guys want to try and tap into any of the other modalities,

Feel free,

But that's not what I offer.

So I'm not going to be including it in this coursework.

Now just a tip for quantum jumping.

Well,

Actually two tips.

Number one,

If you are unsure of what you want,

I highly recommend scripting it out beforehand with things like the meditation,

For example,

It can end up really,

Really cool if you're just letting your subconscious reveal what it is you want.

But if you're going into these meditations and you're struggling to visualize and you're scrambling and just throwing random things in because you don't actually know what you want.

Scripting is the most amazing way to truly get clear because you can journal through all of these different ideas,

All of these different outcomes and really hone in on what it is that you want.

What is the reality that you want?

What's the future you're looking for?

And then when you go into any of the quantum jump methods,

Whether it be meditation,

Water,

Shower,

Literally sitting on an airplane and like taking off into the other dimension,

Whatever it is,

You will be so clear that you will have no questions,

No doubts and will not be scrambling at the last minute to figure out what it is you want.

The second tip is you can quantum jump as much as you want,

But if you still have those underlying core beliefs that you are not worthy of it,

That it will not work out for you,

That whatever you're trying to achieve in this new dimension is not going to work,

Then it's not going to work.

Because you're quantum jumping from one dimension to another,

That does not mean that you get left behind,

Right?

Your thought patterns,

Your belief systems,

All of that comes with you.

So if you're envisioning making 10k months or envisioning moving to another country,

But in your head,

You're thinking,

Oh,

I have so much debt,

I'll never be able to move.

I can't leave these people,

I'll never be able to make that much at my job,

Blah,

Blah,

Blah,

Then you can quantum jump as much as you want and envision that,

But you're never going to get there because your beliefs,

Your subconscious is actually holding you back no matter how many times you get into the timeline,

Where it's actually available to you.

Your subconscious rules 90% of your brain,

Your actions,

Your thoughts,

Your feelings,

Everything,

Whether you realize it does or not.

So if you're going to be quantum jumping,

And it's not working,

You're finding that maybe some things are coming through,

But not everything,

Or you're noticing no difference at all,

Even weeks after,

Go back into your shadow work and work on your limiting beliefs,

See what's coming up,

See why the goals you're trying to attain the lifestyle you're trying to jump into is not working and where those limiting beliefs and blockages are.

Once you've worked through them,

Try it again,

And you will have way better success.
