Welcome to this journey to meet your spirit guides.
Before we get started,
I want to call upon the highest and purest frequencies of love and light,
And I invite the presence of our higher selves,
Our compassionate spirit guides,
And all benevolent energies working for our highest good,
And the highest good of anyone listening to this meditation.
As you the listener,
Please say I,
Your first name and your last name,
Am open to receiving the energy of my spirit team through this meditation.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes and begin to find your resting position.
Slowing down your breath.
Take a deep inhale,
Feeling the air expand your chest and your tummy.
And slowly exhale through your mouth,
Letting out a sigh or any built-up energy.
Take another deep breath in,
Feeling the air being pulled in through your nostrils.
And a nice exhale through the mouth.
And on this last inhale,
I want you to take a nice big deep breath.
And a very slow exhale it out through your mouth.
Continue this pattern and begin to scan your body,
Noticing anywhere you might be holding tension.
Releasing your forehead.
And clenching your jaw.
Dropping your shoulders.
Your arms.
Releasing your body.
Relaxing your legs and letting them fall to the side.
Releasing more tension on every exhale.
Now come back to your natural rhythm of breathing,
Feeling a deeper sense of relaxation and calmness with each exhale.
Allow your body to soften,
Melting into the surface beneath you,
Relaxing even deeper.
I'm going to count down from 10 and with every number you will relax even deeper.

Nine,
Feeling more relaxed.

Relaxing even deeper 6,
5,
A sense of ease rolls through your body 4,
3,
Even deeper 2,
1 take note of any emotional tension you're holding on to.
This could be judgments on others you had today.
Comments that got under your skin or a stressful situation you encountered.
And see all of these floating around in your aura,
Taking note of their color and their texture.
Slowly begin to gather these all into your heart space.
And on your next exhale,
Imagine all the energy flowing out of your system,
Completely releasing it.
We're going to do that one more time.
So take a look around and see if there's anything that stayed behind and gather it all into your heart space now.
And on your next exhale,
Release it all.
Now imagine in your room there is an elevator.
The doors open and you step inside.
The elevator is going down and you relax deeper with each floor.

The doors open to your favorite place in nature.
Step outside and allow your feet to ground into the earth.
Feeling the sun shining on your skin.
Acknowledging how this place makes you feel so at ease and so at peace.
Feeling completely safe in this moment.
Take in the scenery around you,
Noticing how all the colors are so vibrant like right after a rainfall.
And in the distance,
You can see a small river.
Walk over to this river now.
As you approach the edge,
You can see 10 stepping stones allowing you to cross to the other side.
You feel more relaxed with each step you take.

Nine,
Feeling very relaxed.
Eight,
Seven,
Relaxing even deeper.
Six,
Five,
Eyelids feel heavy.
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
You are successfully across the river and you see ahead of you a path leading through a forest.
Start walking this path,
Taking in all the sounds and colors and animals around you.
You're now deep into the forest and you can see something in the distance.
As you get closer,
You realize it's the most magnificent house you've ever seen.
The type of house you've always dreamed about owning and living in.
Take a step inside.
As you walk in,
You see all of your things,
Your dream furniture,
Your books,
Your clothes.
Everything you have ever wanted is here.
And all of a sudden,
You see figures sitting on the couch.
Could be one,
Could be multiple.
These are your spirit guides.
Who are they?
If they're not someone you know,
Ask their name now.
Your spirit guide is here to give you guidance and to answer any questions you may have.
Take this time now to sit with them and ask anything and everything you're looking for guidance on.
The time has come for your spirit team to leave.
Give your spirit guides a hug and thank them for supporting you on this journey.
You feel excited,
Safe,
And full of love.
If your heart was to speak to you right now,
What would it say?
You begin to exit the house.
Walking back through the forest.
Holding on to this feeling of gratitude and love.
You're crossing over the river again.
And with each step,
You will slowly come out of this deep state of relaxation.

Feeling more awake.
Three.
Four.
Feeling the energy come back into your limbs.
Five.
Six.
Eyelids feeling lighter.
Seven.
Eight.
Almost there.
Nine,
10.
You begin to slowly drift away from this place,
Taking with you everything that you have experienced.
And keeping your eyes closed,
Slowly start to come back to your body in this moment.
Taking a deep breath in,
Starting to feel your body,
Noticing the sounds around you.
And exhale,
Starting to wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Gently creating soft movements with your body if you need to.
And still keeping your eyes closed,
If you're not already seated,
Slowly roll yourself onto your side and gently push yourself up to a seated position.
Bringing your hands to your forehead center.
The light in me acknowledges the light in each and every one of you.
And together we bow and say,
Namaste.
