Hello,
And welcome to this full moon and Scorpio guided meditation.
When you are ready,
You can sit up or lay down,
But find a comfortable position.
Gently closing your eyes,
Grounding into this moment.
Take a nice,
Deep breath in through the nose,
And sigh it out through the mouth.
And another big,
Deep breath in through the nose,
And another sigh it out.
I want you to relax your jaw,
Dropping your shoulders,
Scanning your body for any tension that you feel,
And gently releasing it.
Begin to visualize in the room in front of you that there is an elevator.
Take a step inside,
And as the elevator goes down,
You become even more relaxed.

Relaxed.
The elevator door opens up to the most beautiful place in nature that you have ever seen.
Take a step outside,
Letting your bare feet squish into the ground,
Feeling how safe this place makes you feel.
Taking in the different textures you can feel,
Whether that's wind across your face,
Maybe it's mud or snow on the ground.
And as you reach inside,
You feel that your pockets are full of stones.
Each one of these stones represents something that you are ready to release and let go of.
It can be a deep trauma,
A memory,
A small stressor from the day,
Anything that is weighing you down and holding you back.
Begin to pull out a stone and look at the word that is written on it.
Acknowledge the word that's written on that stone.
Feel it in your body,
And let that feeling sit there for a moment.
As you thank your body for showing you where that is,
And when you feel ready,
Say the word,
Followed by,
I release you,
And throw that rock into the ocean.
Reaching back into your pocket,
Take out the next stone,
And again,
Look at the word that's written on it.
Feel where it shows up in your body,
And sit with it for a moment.
And when you feel ready,
Thank your body for showing you where that shows up.
Say the word written on your stone,
Followed by,
I release you,
And throw it into the ocean.
Continue this process until your pockets are completely empty.
Once you feel complete,
And all of your stones are thrown into the ocean,
Begin to walk back towards the stairs.
And as you're walking,
You notice these sparkling seashells,
In a trail up leading to the stairs themselves.
Bend down and pick one up.
This shell represents the energy of what you want to bring into your day,
Into your life moving forward.
Look at the word written on that shell,
And put it into your pocket as you continue towards the stairs.
Climbing up the stairs,
You're going to begin to notice your surroundings,
And the room around you.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Maybe hearing some sounds outside.
Five,
Bringing yourself back to this present moment.
Creating gentle movements by wiggling your fingers and your toes.
