Welcome to this guided quantum jumping activity.
Today we are using the water or shower method.
I typically start this process before I get in.
So if you're already partway through your shower,
Just step out of the water for a moment.
And we're going to get very clear on what it is we want to be quantum jumping into,
What this ideal timeline looks like.
Are we quantum jumping into our dream body,
Our dream career,
Our dream relationship?
Are we trying to manifest the most perfect house?
Maybe it's just something super small.
It doesn't have to be a massive timeline shift,
But take this time to get very clear on what it is this new timeline is going to be holding for you.
You When you have that timeline solidified in your mind,
I invite you to step under the water of your showerhead.
Close your eyes and let the water wash down from your head all the way to your toes.
And visualize the water cleansing your energy washing away any unwanted beliefs,
Thoughts,
Habits,
Or anything that does not align with this new timeline.
And as those thoughts are washed away.
The water starts washing away the top layer of you as well.
Slowly revealing the version of you that exists in this higher timeline the version of you that has already called in the exact things you are trying to manifest.
This is the version of you that lives,
Breathes,
And sleeps as the highest timeline calls for.
So as this water is revealing that version of yourself.
Think about what this person looks like.
How are they standing?
What is their posture?
What are their habits?
Take some time to live life in this highest version of yourself.
In your highest timeline,
Visualizing what the exact day looks like.
Who the people are that you're with,
The feelings and emotions that come through.
Take as much time as you need.
And when you're done,
You may step out of the water and out of the shower knowing that you have just shifted into your highest timeline.
Congratulations on completing this quantum jumping meditation and a welcome to your highest timeline.
I'll see you guys next time.
