Welcome to this Full Moon in Libra guided meditation.

Find a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down,
And let your hands rest naturally.
When you're ready,
You may close your eyes and begin by taking a slow breath in through your nose and releasing it out through your mouth.
Again,
A nice deep inhale,
And sighing it out,
Exhale,
Letting your breath lengthen.
Again,
A nice deep inhale,
And sighing it out,
Exhale,
Letting your breath lengthen.
Feel your nervous system beginning to settle,
And bring your attention into your body,
Noticing anywhere that you're still holding on to tension.
This usually looks like our jaw,
Our forehead,
Even our shoulders.
Let all of those areas soften,
Allowing your legs to relax,
Your arms to grow heavier,
Each breath creating a little more space inside.
Feeling your body against the surface beneath you,
Feeling the weight of your body being held.
Full moons illuminate things that we may not want to look at,
And during this meditation,
I want you to allow yourself to simply observe whatever comes up.
Don't rush to judge it,
Don't try and resist it.
Whatever comes forward is coming forward for a reason,
So let it flow naturally with ease and awareness.
Bring to mind the relationships in your life.
These can be romantic,
Friendships,
Family,
Or even work connections,
And take stock of who it is that comes forward.
Bring one of those relationships gently into focus,
And let the rest of them that came forward fade away,
And only keep hold of the one asking for your attention right now.
Notice how your body responds when you think of this person.
Is there tension,
Warmth,
Or distance,
Maybe some openness?
Ask your subconscious mind,
Where has the balance in this relationship shifted?
Where have I been giving too much in this relationship dynamic?
Where have I been holding back in this relationship dynamic?
What truth about this relationship am I ready to acknowledge?
Maybe it's a need for clearer boundaries,
Forgiveness,
Honesty.
Notice how your body responds when you recognize it,
And stay with that awareness for a moment.
What does this relationship need from you right now?
Take a moment now to visualize yourself acting on whatever came forward,
Giving that relationship whatever it needs.
Now I want you to bring your attention into your heart space in the center of your chest.
Imagining your breath moving in and out of this area.
With each inhale,
Breathe in balance to this relationship,
And with each exhale,
Release any tensions.
This is recalibrating the energy of this relationship dynamic.
Again,
Breathing in balance.
And exhaling out any tension.
Two more times,
Breathing in balance right into your heart space.
And exhaling out any tension from this relationship dynamic.
And one final time,
A nice,
Big,
Deep inhale.
And relax,
Sigh it out,
Exhale.
Slowly bring your awareness back into your body and into the space around you.
Noticing any sounds coming from the room or outside.
Bringing in whatever gentle movement feels good.
Rolling your neck,
Wiggling your fingers or your toes.
Taking one last deep inhale,
And a nice,
Slow exhale,
Sighing it all out.
And whenever you're ready,
You may gently open your eyes.
Carry this clarity with you,
And if you feel called,
Write down or journal what you noticed about the balance in your relationships.
