Good afternoon,
This is Monday.
It is August 28th and it's a little after 1pm here on the East Coast.
I'd like to offer a few affirmations to get your week started.
We are entering into a full moon this week,
The super blue moon,
So giving yourself some space,
Some patience,
Some gratitude,
And allowing these to sink in and be part of your soul,
Knowing they are to be true about each and every one of you that decide to listen to this.
You can decide to repeat these back to yourself or simply receive.
This can be done while walking,
While taking a break from your busy day,
First thing in the morning,
Or last thing before you decide to close your eyes at night.
So go ahead,
Find a comfortable seat or maybe laying down.
Wherever you are,
Gently allow the eyes to close or come to a soft gaze.
Allow the palms to face open as a sign of receiving and gratitude for this time that you're taking for yourself,
For this moment in time.
And here we go.
Allow yourself to feel into the sound of this ocean waves.
I am abundant.
I am beautiful.
I am evolving.
I am energized.
I am determined.
I am deserving.
I am enough.
I am motivated.
I am financially free.
I am loving.
I am kind.
I am humble.
I am peaceful.
I am powerful.
I am strong.
I am able.
I am healthy.
I am vitality.
I am leveling up.
I am positive.
I am calm.
I am enough.
I am creative.
I am inspired.
I am giving.
I am receiving.
I am so grateful for my able body.
I am love.
I am loving.
I am worthy.
I am exactly where I am meant to be in this moment and time.
Inhale.
Feel into these affirmations and even if they don't feel maybe so authentic right now,
Allow these to permeate through the soul.
Recite them.
Write them down.
Leave notes for yourself.
Allow yourself to come back to these each and every day,
Giving yourself this time for pause,
This time for reconnection,
This time you're telling your body,
Your mind,
Your soul that you are worthy of everything you've dreamed of.
As we come to a close of this short affirmation practice,
Allow your body to stretch,
Extend.
Blink open the eyes.
Take a big inhale through the nose.
Open the mouth.
Maybe sighing it out and allow your body to come back to this present space and enjoy the rest of your beautiful day or slumber evening.
