Stepping back to my home roots, out for a run and stopping for a short and sweet talk and concentration on gratitude, Mother Nature and trust in the Universe. Peaceful sounds of the Piscataqua river in the background.

Good morning from the Granite State.

It is Friday 7-11-25.

It's about 1105 here on the East Coast and I'm standing next to the Piscata Squaw River.

This river was home to me growing up as a child.

I grew up right around here and I was down at these soccer fields I feel like almost every day of my life as I was growing up.

Between camp,

Between soccer,

Between friends,

This was our playground.

And now I find solace in the passing water,

The sound of the stream and the trickle over the rocks.

I find solace that I can run on these trails and see the progress that this city has made to build up these trails and to fix the trestle and to connect these different parts of the city through nature.

I am so forever grateful for where I grew up and the family I had.

Can you find a moment this morning to think back?

What are you grateful for that led you to where you are today?

What in your past has shaped you so that where you are you feel aligned?

You feel that the universe has directed you,

Guided you on this path and even if it's unknown,

Even if you don't know what's ahead or around the next corner or what's happening in three months,

Trust that the universe will let that unravel for you in divine timing.

Patience is a virtue.

Letting go is a virtue.

Trusting in the flow of your life just like the river.

Trusting it will continue to flow and make its way downstream to where we will meet.

I am grateful for this sunshine.

I am grateful for these trees.

I am grateful for the rain that allows these trees to grow so abundantly and I am grateful for the wispy clouds that give me a little bit of shade while running down these trails.

I am grateful for today.

I am so grateful for family and I'm so grateful for Mother Nature.

Mother Nature truly revitalizes the soul,

Grounds us,

Brings us back to ourselves.

So on this Friday,

7-11,

What are you grateful for?

I was taking a moment,

Sitting with it,

Understanding that it's okay not to know.

It's okay to still be grateful for everything that you're experiencing now.

I hope you have a blessed day.

Stay grateful,

Stay positive,

And keep trusting in the universe.

Until next time.
