We're gonna do a little talk today on balance.
Balance is an important dynamic.
Why is it so important?
Well,
Let's look at the not obvious first.
Balancing philosophies that might not fit perfectly together.
For instance,
The macro and the micro.
For instance,
Being humble and thinking you're a delight and a blessing to this world.
The balance of being kind to others without being rude to yourself.
And the balance of being kind to yourself without being rude to others.
And then there's the work-life balance.
There's the harmony balance of just living.
There's the balance of nature and the man-made world.
There's the balance of peace and assertiveness.
There's the balance of movement and not movement.
And I just invite you to not take sides so often.
And I say that with love.
And I say that to myself as I say this as well.
Because when we take sides,
It needs to be this way.
Then we end up not letting the old lady cross in front of us in the street because we're in a certain mindset.
Or it needs to be another way.
We let everyone cross the street in front of us and are a disrupter to traffic.
These aren't the best examples,
But that's what I came up with in the moment.
Essentially seek balance and seek love because love is the ultimate balance.
You know,
Love finds equilibrium.
The lake finds the balance point among the shorelines and the river finds the balance between each and every stone and pebble and rock.
So may this be a blessing to you.
May you find the sacred balance in your life that has to do with love and equanimity,
Loving kindness and compassion and joy.
Absolute love.
