A Gentle Reset For An Overloaded Day
This short, grounding practice is designed for moments when your nervous system feels overloaded — after a long day, caregiving, work, or too much screen time. There’s nothing to solve here and nothing to get right. This is not about relaxing on command or making your mind quiet. It’s simply a few minutes to let the day land in the body and give your system some space to settle. You’ll be gently guided to: come out of “doing” mode, reconnect with physical sensations, and downshift without forcing or effort. If you’re new to my work or feeling overwhelmed, this is a supportive place to begin. Even listening without concentrating is enough. You can return to this practice anytime your system feels wired, tired, or like it won’t quite switch off — for a few minutes of grounding, permission, and reset.
