You are worthy.

A guided meditation.

Welcome to this meditation.

This meditation is my gift to you.

Today is the day you get to wake up to your worth.

Now let's begin.

Please take a moment to find a quiet place.

You can sit or lay down.

I invite you to close your eyes or lower your gaze,

Whichever feels comfortable for you.

Now take the time to connect to your breath.

Let's take three deep breaths.

Inhale in,

Exhale out.

Inhale in,

Exhale out.

One more time.

Inhale in,

Exhale out.

Now it's time to relax your body.

Start with the top of your head.

Relax your face.

Move down your neck.

Relax your shoulders and your arms.

Soften your belly,

Your hips,

Your legs,

Down to your feet,

And lastly your toes.

Visualize yourself sitting by a lake.

It's quiet.

There's no one around.

You feel a slight breeze which causes a slight ripple in the water.

After a few moments,

You notice a kayak in the distance.

As it gets closer,

You notice a woman in the kayak.

She gets out of the kayak and smiles at you.

You smile back.

She says,

Hello.

My name is Worthy.

Nice to meet you.

She asks you to tell her a little bit about yourself.

You spend hours talking about who you are,

Where you've been,

And all the things you do.

You tell her about your family,

Your career,

Your business,

Your friendships,

Your accomplishments,

Your past relationships,

What you like and dislike about yourself,

Your body,

Others,

All the drama and all the trauma.

You tell her about what you want to change,

Who you'd rather be.

Then you ask her to talk about herself.

She states,

I'm just worthy.

Nothing else matters.

You ask her,

But how did you become worthy?

She states,

I was born worthy.

You say,

Well,

You can't just be worthy.

You must have done something to make yourself feel worthy.

What do you do for a living?

What have you accomplished?

Where did you go to school?

She said,

No,

I'm worthy from within.

I don't need anything from the outside world to make me feel worthy.

You can't earn worthiness.

You don't need to do more,

Be more,

Or achieve more to be worthy.

You are worthy right here,

Right now.

Worthy climbs back into her kayak and floats away.

Now take this time to take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

As we end this meditation,

I want you to carry one truth with you.

You were born worthy.

Nothing else makes you worthy.

Nothing more,

Nothing less.

Just be you.

Take a moment to thank yourself for showing up today.

Remember you are truly worthy.

When you are ready,

Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Bring awareness back to your body.

Go ahead and slowly open your eyes.

Move forward throughout the day with confidence,

Knowing your worth.

Feel free to return to this meditation anytime you begin to question your worth.
