Welcome to the meditation designed to help you release self-doubt and embrace self-trust.

I invite you to find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

You can close your eyes or lower your gaze.

Begin to focus on your breath.

Pay attention to your inhales and exhales.

Feel your body begin to relax.

Imagine yourself sitting in a forest surrounded by trees.

Pay attention to the rustle of the leaves and the wind.

Feel the sun beating down on your face.

Listen to the crunch of the leaves beneath your feet.

Smell the scent of the earth,

The woods,

And the pine needles.

Observe the forest and remember that the trees took many years to grow.

Like the forest,

Self-trust builds slowly through consistent and positive interaction with yourself and others.

You may see a spot in the forest that is damaged.

You may have lost trust in yourself and feel you won't get it back.

Like the forest,

You have the ability to rejuvenate and rebuild self-trust with a little care and compassion.

Trust takes time.

Be gentle with yourself.

When you are ready,

Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Gently stretch your body and take a deep breath.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Carrying a sense of confidence,

Pride,

Peace,

And trust with you for the rest of the day.

Thank you.
