Reiki Heart Opening Journey

Join me for a beautiful journey into the heart. This journey is guided by and infused with Holy Fire Reiki. We will sink deeply into and open up the heart center allowing it to flow freely. Once our hearts are open I will lead you into a sacred forest of Divine Love. The energy of this forest will fill you up with Love and clear out anything that is holding you from your light. Hi,

This is Christine with Peace to Earth.

Today I will be guiding you on a beautiful heart opening journey in a time when the world is so busy and fast paced.

It is a gift to be able to take the time out to reconnect with our hearts and allow the light of our spirit to shine through.

So I invite you now to get as comfortable as you can.

You can sit up with a straight spine or with your spine straight.

I invite you to begin taking some deeper breaths,

Just using your breaths to come fully into your body,

To come fully into this present moment,

Letting go of anything you were doing before you came to this meditation and letting go of anything that will come after and just anchoring into your sacred body.

Just allow your breath to return to normal now and place your hands and feel the warmth of your own hands connecting with your beautiful heart center.

Really feel that warmth,

The warmth of your own life,

Your own light.

With every inhale,

We are filling up our heart with light and life force energy.

With every exhale,

We are offering back out into the world our own light.

So with this inhale,

This air is giving us life,

It's invigorating our cells,

It's oxygenating our organs.

It's a gift and on the exhale,

We're offering the gift of our own life back out in this beautiful exchange.

Now we're focusing on that heart center,

We're really sending the gift of life into that space and as we connect to these sacred hearts,

We take a moment to remember we sparked into life when we came and we arrived from nothing and somehow a single cell multiplied and eventually created our very first organ,

Our heart.

This little beating heart came to life in our mother's womb and that same heart still beats within us now,

That same precious heart.

She followed us,

We were a baby carrying that little baby heart to preteens in our teenage years,

To adulthood.

With us through it all.

Memories there bringing us life,

The memories living in the heart cells,

The faces of all the people we love living within this space and we can feel their love so clearly here.

We're tuning into that love now.

All the memories through the years planted in this heart,

Such joyful moments,

Painful moments too,

But all of those moments are a part of this holy human experience,

All a part of this holy love,

This holy fire that lives within our heart.

And feel that flame now,

See flame of love and it radiates beyond the walls of your physical heart into the spiritual heart and beyond,

Stretching outside,

Even the walls of your skin,

Surrounding your body and this love,

It is like a warm hug that surrounds you and fills you with wholeness and peace and really connect now to this feeling.

These hearts are miracles,

Literal miracles beating inside of our chest and now I will lead you on a guided journey.

You can leave your hands resting on your heart if that feels right to you or you can relax your hand in your lap or beside you.

It is a beautiful sunny day and you decide to go for a walk in a forest.

This is no ordinary forest.

This is the forest of your highest self,

The forest of your soul self and only love,

Divine love fills the space in this forest.

You come to a bridge,

A beautiful bridge that's glowing in an ethereal green color.

It's leading you into the forest.

There's green and golden frequencies emanating off of this bridge and as soon as you step onto it,

You feel love energies flowing up through your feet,

Traveling all the way up your spine,

Through the top of your head,

Reaching into the heavens.

You recognize this love as divine love and you allow it to fill you up as you slowly walk across the bridge and as the divine love fills you,

All your worries and stress just begin to melt away.

They travel off of you in rivers where they are transmuted by the earth into light and love and soon you make your way to the end of the bridge and you step off of the bridge into your sacred forest.

This is a place that exists within you and you look around the forest and you can see light energy in all the living things.

You can see it in the trees and in the animals.

You can see this beautiful light coming out of the earth.

It's everywhere and the same light surrounds you.

This is the one light that lives within all of us and as you walk through this forest,

You can feel the energy of love filling you.

With every inhale,

You can see the earth offering you life and love and you breathe it in.

With every exhale,

You offer back out your love and your light and you can see the trees taking in the carbon dioxide as you take in their oxygen and there's a beautiful exchange of love,

A sacred dance happening here in exchange with every inhale and exhale and you are in awe at this gift of giving and receiving love.

It's so clear here in this forest as all the denser energies cannot survive here.

They leave you lighter and lighter as they travel away and as they're transmuted into light and you see them traveling into a river and the river carries them further away into the ocean of holy love and the ocean of holy love transforms.

You can feel your heart radiating so much love and gratitude at the gift of this world and at the gift of your own life,

Your own gifts and talents and you can feel the energy of the water and it's calling to you and you walk closer to it and when you look down into the water,

You realize that this is no ordinary water.

The water is made of light and colors.

This is the river of life and just being beside the water,

You can feel the unconditional love radiating off of the water and filling you up.

You reach down into the water and scoop some into your hand and you drink it into your body and this water is filled with healing light and it travels through your body,

Finding any of pain,

Tension,

Any places where there are blockages and it fills these places with it fills these places with light in this moment.

You must climb into this water.

This river is so gentle as you slowly submerge your whole body into the water and you allow it to cover you.

You notice how perfect the temperature of the water is and you open your heart completely and you just allow this loving energy to seep into your pores and to travel into your cells and to find the spaces between your atoms and fill it up.

The water flows over you and you can feel your own body gently rocking.

Just like you rocked in your mother's womb.

You're completely held and completely safe here.

You're able to let go the water to guide you.

Maybe you stay right here in this perfect spot on the river or maybe you float gently down the river into the ocean of holy love.

You are,

You begin to notice in the sky beautiful images of all the things that you're so grateful for.

You see the faces of people you love.

You can see them laughing and smiling.

You can see their little mannerisms and you're filled with so much gratitude for the gifts that they've given you just by being who they are.

And you see the animals,

The sunsets,

The moon and the stars.

You see home.

And you see all the things that you're most grateful for appearing in that vast sky as your body is overflowing with gratitude.

It's overflowing.

You have so much love and gratitude to offer and it begins to find its way to all those people who need it most right now.

Finding the lonely.

This beautiful gratitude is filling you and overflowing,

Spilling out.

And I will grow quiet now as you allow this gratitude to surround you and enter every cell.

And now we feel such gratitude for our own life,

For the gift of this beating heart,

For this body that has carried us day after day through everything.

We're sending ourselves such love.

And now call to mind someone you would like to send love to.

And there is a bridge,

An energetic bridge from our heart to their heart now as we allow our love to reach them across time and space.

Filling them up as we are overflowing.

So much love and so much gratitude.

And now we send that same love to the whole planet,

Allowing the love to extend outward from our heart into the earth and surrounding the earth so that all sentient beings can be filled with our love.

As all of us are connected in this one love,

This one sacred heart.

Beautiful interconnectedness.

All who have come before and all the descendants who will come after.

All of us connected through these hearts.

And now I invite you to breathe in deeply as we come back to our bodies completely and we come back to this present moment and we arrive in the places that we are in right now,

Letting go of the forest and the images from before,

Using our breath as an anchor,

Taking a few deep breaths.

And I invite you to make some subtle movements,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes or gently rocking your head from side to side as you wake your body up.

And when you're ready,

You can roll over onto your back.

You can roll onto your side if you're lying down in that fetal position and connect to your heart again,

To that heart that began inside the womb of another.

That heart that was born of so many hearts,

All the people who came before you to your heart being born.

Feel the miracle of that.

And when you're ready,

Push up slowly into a seated position and bring your hands to your heart in prayer position.

And thank you for sharing your hearts with me.

I bow down to each one of you as the light in me recognizes the light in you.
