Attention Training: A Daily Bell Sound Bath
This is not a relaxation track. It is a training tool. A sustained resonant tone holds the space while irregularly timed bells serve as attention anchors. Your only job is to watch your thoughts move and return your focus to your breath when the bell sounds. The irregular timing is intentional, it trains the mind to stay present without anticipation, building genuine attentional strength over time. The goal is not to slow your thoughts. It is to observe them. That moment of noticing you've wandered and choosing to return, that is the repetition. That is how the meditation muscle is built. Prescribed use: once daily, same time each day if possible. Results compound with consistency. No guidance. No visualization. Just tone, bells, and your breath.
