Sacred Holiday Preparations - An Affirmative Prayer

During this season of light,

The divine presence within me raises me to its consciousness of peace.

As I bask in its universal,

Restorative light,

I myself am aglow with the luminescent radiance that renews my body,

Nourishes my mind,

And uplifts my soul.

In full celebration of who I am,

I radiate the fullness of my light into the world,

As beams of wisdom,

Understanding,

Encouragement,

And empathy,

All gift wrapped in loving words and compassionate action that I share with whomever I come into contact.

Whether they are near or far,

May my connections with loved ones and friends be filled with mutual respect and honouring to allow for healthy,

Clear communication in all that we say and do.

I am in awe that everything related to planning,

Preparations,

And gathering for the season comes together in divine congruence,

With a bubble of ease thrown in for good measure.

All of the arrangements and celebrations in which we engage are handled with sacredness and mindfulness,

And each activity supports us in reigniting our sparkling inner spirit.

I am grateful for all that infuses and makes these sacred holy days merry and light.

And so it is.
