As it does, we affirm and experience ourselves as the clear, pure, 
and balanced channels of love we have been created to be.

I affirm, I am one with the infinite, Created with balance and purity. I choose to let ideas to the contrary drain away so that more of my true nature may be expressed. In my mind's eye, I visualize a prism of light spiraling through me. Resting at the base of my body, It radiates a ray of red, Lustrous, Healing light. In this moment, I know and experience myself as grounded and supported. As I breathe a conscious breath, This prism moves to my navel area. Here, It radiates a dazzling, Orange-colored, Balancing and healing light. I know and experience myself as passionate and creative. As I breathe deeper still, The prism moves to my solar plexus at the core of my being. Resting gently here, It radiates a bright, Yellow-hued, Healing light. I know and experience myself as centered and empowered. I breathe and relax as the prism migrates up to my heart center, Balancing the energy below and expanding the energy above by radiating an illuminating, Green, Healing light to and through my heart space. I know and experience myself as loved and loving. The love-infused prism swirls up to my throat area, Radiating brilliant, Sky-blue, Healing light and energy. I know and experience myself as an attentive listener and an authentic, Clear communicator. Now, Spiraling up to my brow, I see with divine clarity as this prism radiates indigo, Midnight blue rays of healing light to and through my inner eye. I know and experience myself as clear-minded, Imaginative and deeply intuitive. As I breathe, The light continues to spiral upward to the crown of my head, Expanding and balancing the energy of consciousness with its luminous, Violet-white, Healing light. I know and experience myself as intimately and intricately connected with the source of all life. I now move through the world with this rainbow light glistening through my every thought, Relationship and energy exchange. It also beams into everything necessary to live a joyous, Fulfilling life that matters, Makes a difference and affirms my divine nature. With gratitude, I release this word into the atmosphere and witness its light-infused power manifest into existence as balance and purity. And so it is. Namaste.
