Inhale reach your arms up over your head interlace your fingers together with your index finger pointing up Exhale to one side.
Breathe into that side body stretch.
Inhale up to center and then stretch to the other side and start to tick-tock back and forth.
Until you release it down.
Starting to use the breath in a more powerful way.
Bring your thumb and index finger to touch.
Three breaths through the nose as you go from side to side with a.
.
.
And exhale.
Again,
Good and release it go kind of shake it out good hands come up to your heart allow the left hand to face to the heart and the right hand to hold it here now we're going to pump back and forth but i'm not actually going to be touching my heart or my chest but I'm just almost giving myself my heart a little bit of an invigorator here.
You can keep going back and forth here.
And if you want to include breath of fire,
Equal inhalation and exhalation through the nose,
You're welcome to do that too.
10 more seconds.
Good.
Inhale,
Reach the arms up over your head.
Exhale,
Bring your hands down to your heart.
Down to your sides.
Again,
Inhale,
Reach the arms up.
And exhale down by your sides.
One more time.
It's kind of like a little bit of an invigorator to our heart.
Sometimes within grief,
Our heart can be a little bit broken.
So we're just using a little bit of movement and air and oxygen to revitalize the heart space.
