Unwinding any tension as you begin to take a nice big breath in.
And let it go.
Let your muscles unwind and relax,
Letting go of any tension you may feel in your body.
Again,
Big breath in.
Feel your lungs expanding.
And breathe out very slowly.
Good.
Notice how you feel right now.
Witness your thoughts floating in and out.
Notice how your breathing is slowing down.
Now repeat these positive affirmations out loud or in your mind.
Are you ready?

I am safe and supported.
