A guided meditation with crystal singing bowls and sounds of airplanes. This guided meditation's intention is to help you maintain focus while the sounds of airplanes try to distract you. Much like distracting thoughts can challenge us by pulling focus from maintaining our peace of mind, we allow these plane sounds to come and go, by not attaching to them and simply allowing them to pass, like clouds passing by in the sky.

What is sound meditation?

It is the practice of intentional sound intended to support and guide you in meditation.

Meditation is a very useful tool for developing focus,

Resilience,

And surrender.

In the chaotic world we live in full of distractions,

It is very beneficial to develop the skills of focus.

So allow your mind to focus on the intentional pleasing sounds.

And breathing naturally.

Building on the weight of your body where it is in contact with the earth beneath you.

Stadiums of sound.

Breathing in to the rest of your body.

Breathing in to your inner stillness.

Your inner sense of calm.

Breathing in to the rest of your body.

If you need a physical focal point,

Bring your awareness to the middle of your forehead just above your eyebrows and continue breathing and listening to the intentional sounds.
