Good morning beloved.
Welcome to this sacred exchange with Divine.
Let's begin by settling in.
Whether you're sitting or lying down,
Either way is fine.
Begin to get comfortable.
Allow yourself to relax into your space and just begin to settle in.
Let go of your muscles and just feel into your body.
Invite all parts of you that may still be wandering around to join in.
Tell yourself,
Self there is no place to be,
No place to go,
Nothing to do besides this sacred pause right now.
Gather your thoughts,
Collect your emotions and dedicate this time to just being,
Just listening,
Just allowing.
So let's begin by taking some deep breaths in through your nose and out your mouth.
Make the breaths as deep as you possibly can and allow yourself to breathe out through your mouth in a relaxing sigh.
And on your next breath,
Breathe in deeply and hold that breath just a bit longer,
Allowing that breath to massage your organs,
Allowing that breath to seep deep into the parts of your body that are seeking your attention,
That are calling out for your love and your attention.
Begin in your mind to send some love to those parts of your body by just saying,
I love you and I am listening.
I love you and I am listening.
Just continue to take as many deep breaths as you need.
Hold that breath while it massages your organs and breathe out with a sigh.
And once you feel you're ready,
Continue to breathe at your own pace.
Now let's imagine your favorite place on this planet.
Pick the place that is where you feel most at peace,
Most calm,
Most relaxed.
Imagine that place and go there now.
You are there now.
Just breathe and take in the surroundings and the peaceful feeling that comes upon you in this place.
Just take it in and feel into everything about this place that soothes and calms you.
Take note of what relaxes you and just take it all in.
Allow the peace and calm to rise and take over your entire body.
Just let the calm flow through you like a soft,
Warm breeze.
Just relaxing into this deeper and deeper.
Allow the calming peace to continue to just flow through you.
Every moment getting more still,
Becoming quieter and allowing the soothing feeling to rise and soften all the edges.
Oh,
What a great feeling.
Just feel into that and allow.
Surrender.
This is the gift of connecting with your highest self.
Appreciate this moment.
Appreciate where you are in your life right now and appreciate how you feel.
Begin to give thanks for all that has worked out for you in the past.
Just pick out some things that have in the past come together for you and begin to feel thanks and gratitude for those things.
Now give thanks for all that is available to you in the present.
Tap into a profound sense of gratitude for everything that is available to you now.
Allow yourself to witness the abundance that you're experiencing in the simple little things in this moment.
The abundance of breath,
The abundance of peace.
And give thanks for everything that is falling into place for you as you sit here today.
All the divine connections,
Introductions,
Synchronicities and angelic orchestrations that are being secretly created for your highest good.
