So let's begin by closing our eyes and settling into our seat or laying down if that feels more comfortable and just wiggle a little bit to create a comfortable nest that allows you to feel centered and grounded.

Begin to breathe deeply and slowly,

Little by little,

Just centering your breath and bringing it to a calm and relaxing normal pace.

Breathe in through your nose,

Out through your mouth and continue to breathe,

Each breath going in deeper and deeper,

Maybe starting to breathe from your chest and exhaling through your mouth,

Your next breath breathe in from your belly and exhale through your mouth,

The next breath go deeper and breathe in from your womb and exhale through your mouth,

Continuing to breathe and continuing to go deeper,

With every breath relaxing even more and allowing yourself to go deep,

Deep,

Deep and as you continue to breathe,

Imagine a golden cord coming from your tailbone and moving in to the center of the earth,

Slowly just going down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Further down through each layer of the earth,

Feeling it go deeper,

Feeling it enter the warm,

Hot lava core and reach that crystal core of planet earth,

Allow that golden thread to rest in the deepest center of the universe,

Just feel yourself connected to the core of mother earth,

The most nourishing central crystal core,

Allow yourself to feel the nourishment of the soil that is the center of mother earth and as you allow this golden thread that is yours to feel and connect with mother earth,

Also start to imagine a bright,

Brilliant,

Crystal golden light emanating above your head,

See the light just like the sun,

Feel this light as being higher than the sun,

As being the divine light,

The limitless light that is the light of divine,

Feel this light being your soul's purpose,

Feel it shining above you,

Feel the warmth of this light on your skin,

Allow yourself to enjoy the warmth and the colds that this light is transmitting to you,

Now imagine yourself reaching out,

Reaching out to hold this light,

Extend your hands in your mind's eye as you reach out for this light,

Like you would reach out for a ball,

Holding it with both your hands,

Feeling as you hold this ball how much it is connecting you to your soul's highest trajectory,

To your divine plan,

To the plan that you know is your purpose,

Hold this ball in gratitude and sensing that it holds the seeds of your highest possibilities,

And slowly as you hold this ball,

Imagine in your mind's eye and you bring this ball inward,

Closer to you,

Closer to your heart's center,

Closer and closer and bring this ball into your heart's center,

Feeling it come into your heart,

Placing your two hands on your heart,

One above the other and just allowing the light that is in your mind,

This radiating ball of your soul's divine purpose,

To turn into liquefied gold and spread throughout your entire body,

It's flowing from your heart,

Of your chest and your throat and your head,

Moving through every vessel,

Circulating through every piece of your body,

Just filling you with grace and ease and peace and love and light,

Just feeling the elixir going through every piece of your body,

Every heart,

Every crevice,

Every nook,

Every cranny,

Just allow yourself to let it flow and feel the sensation of abundance,

The sensation of grace,

Feel this elixir flowing through your body like water flows through a river,

Not allowing anything to stop its flow and as you feel it going down through each of your legs,

Through your feet and out into the roots of this earth,

See yourself creating the roots that are your highest intention,

Everything that you desire,

Everything that you desire creating,

These are all the roots of the seeds that you are planting during this time and these are roots that are expanding into every area of your life,

Roots that are expanding into everything that you touch,

Roots that are connecting to those that you are meant to meet,

Roots that are creating synchronicities and that are creating new relationships,

New possibilities,

You see these roots reorganizing everything that is meant to be part of your journey,

See them expand,

See them grow,

See them split into different tracks and pathways opening up,

Following the sun,

Following the light,

These are the roots of the seeds that you are planting,

The seeds of your ideas,

The seeds of your desires,

The seeds of your thoughts,

The seeds of your behaviors,

These are all the things that are happening for you as you go through your day to touch and surrender,

The universe is working on your behalf,

Allow for these roots to find your highest trajectory,

To open your highest path and as these roots go deeper and nourish from the deepest most nourished soil that is earth,

Your possibilities expand,

Your trajectories ascend,

Your purpose is being manifested in everything that you do,

Allow yourself to breathe again and deeply,

Allowing yourself to connect with all the parts within you that know what's the best next step,

Allow yourself to trust that you are being guided,

Allow yourself to trust that you have intuitive intelligence that is able to guide you towards your highest trajectory,

That is meant to take you towards your birthright,

That is helping you live abundantly,

Helping you live purposefully,

Helping you live satisfied and fulfilled,

Trust that you have the wisdom to manifest your highest desire,

Trust that you have all the skill sets and all the abilities that you require to manifest and to maintain your highest dream,

Breathe in and continue to experience these roots expanding and now see yourself as these roots grow into a beautiful seedling which is phase one of what you are looking to create and then grow from there into a beautiful tree and continue to grow bigger and taller and expanded and as you see yourself growing,

See yourself touching so many lives,

See yourself connecting and supporting and helping so many people and also see so many coming in to support you,

Feel the universe reorganizing to support your dreams and your desires,

Trust that people will show up that are aligned with your divine purpose,

Trust that people will support and want to be part of what you are creating,

Continue to breathe and as you sit here,

You can see it as you are,

Think of one area of your life or one desire or one intention or one dream and see it in your mind's eye unfolding to its highest possibility,

See it just becoming much more than you could even imagine,

Give yourself the opportunity to see what it can turn into once the mind intervenes and sets his eye on your plans and how your mind can open up to a much bigger possibility,

A much bigger trajectory,

A much more expanded pathway than you could ever imagine,

Continue to think bigger,

Continue to see it grow,

Continue to see it soar and take flight,

See it in your mind's eye,

Feel yourself in this experience,

See yourself enjoying details of this experience,

Smell the moment,
