I have created this meditation journey for those moments when your mind is playing tricks on you. Making you believe the imaginary feelings of anxiety, fear, and just negative thoughts are real. Don't shy away from your mind and your inner thoughts. Sit with them, cry with them, laugh with them forgive them, and free your mind. It's just a thing... it's just another thing. So, make yourself comfortable, lay down or sit on a sofa/chair, close your eyes, and let's journey together.
