Choose a comfortable sitting position or lay down and take a moment to arrive at being with yourself.
Become aware of your head,
Your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
The entire back,
Your shoulders,
The pelvis,
The belly,
The legs,
And finally also the feet.
Check again your posture.
Are you comfortable enough to stay in this position for a few minutes?
Then allow your eyes to close.
Breathe deeply in and out.
In and out.
Allow your breath to flow smoothly into your body.
In and out.
Just for a little while,
Let go of the world out there.
Sink into your center,
No expectations,
No goal,
No thoughts.
Feel a warming sun rising above the foggy fir trees of the black forest.
Feel how it gently warms your head.
Notice how the sunlight gradually envelops your entire body.
Feel how this pleasant warmth slowly fills your body from the head down,
Filling the neck with warmth and light.
The upper body.
Feel how your entire chest relaxes.
You are increasingly allowing the ground to carry your weight.
Your body relaxes more and more.
More and more.
More and more.
More and more.
Letting go.
This warming light fills your belly,
Dissolving all tension you might be holding in your body.
Maybe you can feel how the light moves on into your lower body,
Through the hips,
Into your thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
And feet.
Your entire body is now filled with pleasant warmth and you relax deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper.
Feel the comfort of this warmth,
How wonderful it is just to be here.
Allow yourself to be completely enveloped in this wonderful feeling of well-being.
Like from a beautiful dream,
An image emerges in you.
You are walking toward a big mystical lake surrounded by large fir trees.
The color of the water is of indescribable beauty.
The water glistens in the sunlight.
At the horizon,
An eagle with wide open wings gently floats by.
You walk up to the shore and lay down in the shade of a tree,
Listening to the quiet ripples of the waters.
All this induces a sense of quiet and peace in you,
Being here in the midst of the black forest.
Safe,
Removed from the rest of the world,
Your heart is at ease.
You can be just yourself.
A gentle breeze of fresh mountain air moves across the lake,
Caressing your skin,

Inhale deeply and exhale.
Now look up into the unlimited expanse of the blue sky above the fir trees.
High up above the fir trees,
You become aware of a golden light.

Your heart opens and every cell of your body is filled with a beautiful energy of joy,
Happiness and love.
This golden light offers you the energy of the entire forest.
It gives you all the strength of the roots and the trees.
Your energy keeps building up.
You are becoming strong,
Like the trees of the black forest that resist the storms of the fall and the hardships of the winter.
You feel this energy in your entire body.
You are like a tree that matures without any fear of missing the summer,
Because the summer will come,
Like the light and the energy that flood your entire body.
Receive what is given to you.
