
Breathwork: Wipe Away Anxiety, Fear & Panic - 6 Minutes
Anxiety lives in a part of the brain that resists rational thought. So we get stuck in anxiety habit loops that we can't think our way out of or use willpower to overcome. Break the cycles of worry and wear to heal your mind. This breathwork exercise is easy to use: Just follow the sounds and breathwork you hear: 1. Breathe in deeply (through your nose). 2. Exhale gently (through your mouth). 3. After six minutes (bell) investigate your feelings and emotions for two more minutes. Do this three times a day - for 20 consecutive days.
