Take a moment to arrive at being with yourself.

Your shoulders,
Your arms,
The entire back.
The pelvis,
The belly,
The legs,
And finally also the feet.
Check again your position.
Are you comfortable?
Then allow your eyes to close.
Breathe deeply in and out.
Allow your breath to flow softly and calm.
With every breath,
Your relaxation gets deeper.
In front of your inner eye,
An image appears like in a dream.
It is a beautiful afternoon in late summer.
The sky is of a deep blue and a few small fluffy clouds are dissolving at the horizon.
You are walking through the beautiful black forest.
Tall fir trees line the trail.
Every now and then sunlight brightens your path.
The ground is covered with moss,
Softly receiving each one of your steps as if you were walking on clouds.
A soft summer breeze gently moves through the branches of the trees.
You are enjoying the quietness of the black forest,
Opening all of your senses to it.
You are smelling the woodland aromas of the earth and the plants.
You are hearing the soft rustling of the treetops.
You are breathing the fresh,
Fragrant mountain air.
Let yourself be carried by your breath,
Quietly and mindful,
Soft and rhythmically.
Your mind distances itself from all its daily affairs further and further and further and further.
Just listen to the sounds and to my voice.
The woodland path opens to a beautiful,
Vibrantly green meadow.
You pause to discover all the flowers,
Herbs and grasses.
The birds are singing.
It is very peaceful.
You are finding yourself a comfortable place to rest,
Gazing over the meadow,
Perceiving it with all your senses.
Your breath flows calmly and slowly,
Filling you with a sense of well-being,
All by itself.
A soft breeze caresses your skin.
In a little distance,
You hear the soothing sounds of a little creek.
Cuckoo is calling.
Other birds are singing in the trees.
You are walking over the soft grass of the meadow to the creek.
Up here in the beautiful black forest,
Its waters are completely pure and crystal clear.
You are putting your hand in the water and allow it to run through your fingers.
You enjoy the sensations.
In the creek,
You see little pebbles.
You pick one up to take a closer look at it.
What color is it?
Is it glittering?
Can you feel its surface?
Is it rough or smooth?
Take your time to see it in all its detail.
With the stone in your hand,
You are now strolling along the creek through the beautiful black forest.
The creek becomes a river.
You keep wandering,
Following its banks.
You enjoy the landscape,
The soft grassy hills,
The tall fir trees,
The vegetation along the river.
After a while,
You come to an old,
Heavy stone bridge.
It gives you a sense of peace and rest in this wonderful,
Mystical world.
You walk onto the bridge and look into the pure,
Clear water of the river.
Glittering stones and the riverbed reflect the sunlight and fill the river with sparkle.
The sparkle is getting stronger and fills the air above the river until it forms a bright,
Beautiful sphere of light.
The sphere of light floats up to you and gives you a sense of absolute safety.
You enjoy the company of the light that makes you feel protected and free.
The light invites you to follow it off the bridge and guides you to a small clearing.
You feel a strong power,
A very strong healing power being emitted by this place and the golden sphere of light.
The sphere of light floats to the center of the clearing.
There it opens and invites you to step into it.
You step into the sphere of light and you feel how the energy of the light fills you with trust,
Love,
Strength and well-being.
Your sphere of light is now open to receive all of your wishes.
Take some time and send in all your wishes and dreams.
Allow the old to leave and allow the new to emerge.

Across the old bridge,

Your heart is filled with deep contentment and your breath calmly flows in and out.
Now feel the weight of your body.
Become aware of your head,

Now take three very deep breaths.
Reach and move your arms and legs a little and then slowly open your eyes.
