Now visualize a soft pink glowing light beginning to form at the center of your chest right at your heart center. This light is warm, Calm, And familiar, Like something you've always known. And as you breathe in, Imagine this pink light growing and expanding. And as you breathe out, Imagine it growing and traveling throughout your body.
