Beautiful souls.

I am Sylvia Garza with Paradigm by SG.

We will be exploring the sacred practices of aura brushing and the green light transmutation technique.

Aura brushing is really one of my favorite daily rituals for energetic hygiene.

It is intuitive and heart-centered and is easy to perform on yourself or shared with loved ones to support emotional and spiritual well-being.

I'll guide you through the techniques step-by-step and we will end with a short demo.

But first,

I would like to discuss what is the aura.

So get comfortable,

Open your heart and let's start this beautiful clearing together.

So what is the aura?

It is your beautiful energetic essence,

A luminous light that surrounds your physical body and reflects the deeper layers of your soul.

It's not just energy,

It's consciousness.

It is multiple beautiful energetic layers that reveal your inner world and spiritual path.

Have you ever walked away from someone feeling drained,

Anxious or uneasy?

You might have just had a conversation with them.

It could have been a very positive conversation.

But for some reason,

It has left you feeling drained.

This is the aura speaking to you.

Your aura can absorb negative emotions and experiences,

Stress,

Imbalances and trauma.

These energetic imprints can linger.

They can leave you feeling disconnected,

Depleted and unlike yourself.

When your aura is vibrant and clear,

You will feel grounded,

Energetic and protected.

But when your aura becomes clouded,

You may feel tired,

Off balance and vulnerable.

And this is why we have aura brushing.

Aura brushing is a simple and sacred technique designed to help you cleanse and revitalize your energy field.

It usually involves deliberate hand sweeping motions.

Each motion is guided by intention.

Imagine when you're brushing from head to toe,

Letting go of all that no longer serves you and making space for vibrant life-giving energy.

Now that we brushed away any stagnant unwanted energy,

It is time to invite the healing power of the green light.

Green is the color of the heart chakra.

It is associated with compassion,

Renewal and unconditional love.

Visualizing the green light after aura brushing not only allows us to release negative energy,

But to transform it.

To shift dense energy into something lighter,

More loving and more aligned.

When you close your eyes,

Imagine a green light surrounding your body like a soft,

Glowing cocoon.

As you breathe in,

Feel it filling your chest and flowing through your entire aura.

Let it cleanse,

Fortify and cleanse your mind and body.

And renew your energetic field with heart-centered clarity and peace.

For me,

This practice is like an energetic shower.

It brings me back to my natural vibrancy.

I use it on myself when I feel anxious or overwhelmed.

I use it on my children to help them feel safe and grounded.

It's one of those small,

Beautiful rituals that definitely shifts your whole vibration.

You will immediately feel uplifted and vibrant.

So now let me show you how to practice this beautiful healing technique.

Find a comfortable space where you can sit down or lie down.

If you're in your car or at work,

I understand this may not be the most comfortable for you,

But you can find a spot or a space where you will be left alone for a few minutes.

And once you have found that space,

You can gently close your eyes or keep them open.

For this demo,

We will be closing our eyes.

And notice the rhythm of your breath.

Take a deep breath in,

Breathing in through your nose,

And out through your mouth.

Take another deep breath in.

With each breath,

You are letting go of any negative energy,

Stiffness in your shoulders,

Or tension in your spine.

Stress or fear.

Take another deep breath in.

And now that you have anchored yourself with your breath,

Bring your hands together in the prayer pose position and gently rub your hands together.

Feel its beautiful energy,

Energy that you are creating right now.

Feel the energy that comes from your core,

Your inner being.

Place your hands over your head,

And in sweeping motions,

Collect the negative energy from your energy field.

And as you continue to collect this energy with intention,

Say out loud or silently,

I collect because cobwebs of stress,

Fear,

Distress,

Negative energy in my hands.

Once you have collected what no longer serves you,

It is time to invite the healing green light into this space.

When you are ready,

Let go and give that energy,

Negative energy,

To the green light.

And if you feel any residue,

Uneasy,

Lingering feelings of stress,

You can continue to practice or use a sweeping hand motion to collect more energy.

And when you're done,

Release it to the beautiful healing green light.

And now that we've made room in our energy field,

Let's fill those areas by inviting a golden light into this space.

Beautiful loving light into our space.

And this golden light is going to fill up our aura with energy,

Vitality,

Strength,

Positive energy.

Imagine a golden light showering your aura,

Showering every part of your aura.

Once you are done,

Express your gratitude to yourself for being a part of this energy field.

And for being here in this moment,

For taking the time to practice self-care.

And when ready,

Open your eyes,

Wiggle your fingers or your toes,

Bring yourself back into your space.

Of course,

If you're at work or in your car,

This is something that you need to do quickly.

You can skip some of the steps.

Usually what I do is I use the hand sweeping motions and then invite the green light.

I release the negative energy to the green light and ask for it to revitalize and help me move forward with my day.
