This music sounds ominous and scary to me in the beginning. I use it to PRACTICE feeling calm, feeling the presence of God, and being comforted by God, even in the backdrop of frightful situations which happen frequently in normal life. Eventually the calmness takes over my being. The music seems less intimidating, not sure if it is or just that I am so calm that I perceive it that way. I feel so relaxed at the end of the 13 minutes which is what I am seeking!
