Thank you for being here.
The mantra is I'm aware of my inner temple.
So please sit down and relax.
We are going to do a short meditation.
So close your eyes.
We are going to contact our inner temple in this short meditation.
So breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Now slowly,
With your mind's eye,
Try to observe the thoughts going through the field of your mind.
Imagine now that you are sitting in the movie theater and you are looking at the screen.
And they start to project all the thoughts you have.
Some thoughts are of the future.
Some thoughts may be from the past.
Some thoughts may be of your body,
Some pain.
Just observe the thoughts on the screen.
Let them go through the screen,
Let them go through the screen like clouds.
Now slowly try to observe yourself inside the theater,
Sitting down,
Observing these thoughts,
These projections.
Now leave the thoughts projecting in the theater and walk out.
You are going to leave all these thoughts projecting there.
You are going to go away.
And you are going to walk slowly through a forest,
Observing all the beautiful nature.
Just observing the beautiful nature.
Now slowly you arrive to a temple.
Beautiful and majestic temple.
When you sit there you only find peace.
Deep silence and peace.
Just sitting there enjoying this blissful moment of peace.
Now you close your eyes and go deeper and deeper to this silence.
There is no more thoughts,
Just you and the stillness.
You are bathing in the stillness,
Deeper and deeper.
We are going to stay a moment more in this gentle stillness,
Caressing our awareness.
We are releasing,
Releasing all stress.
Now slowly breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Now you can open your eyes and we are back to the now.
