Innocence and love are keys to the present moment.
Judging and Innocence Today's insight is about how much we judge in our mind all our surroundings and how much of innocence is lost.
Innocence is to live in the moment and be present.
This is a very important lesson because this chatty voice inside of us sometimes is not only blocking us from living in the present moment,
But also takes away the innocence of the moment.
This innocence is vital to our creativity and love for others.
If you are an artist for example and you judge your work too harshly,
It can be very auto-destructive.
But if you become innocent to that moment and do a mantra and become aware of the judging thoughts,
You can change the structure of your thoughts and re-engage with the present moment.
And then slowly you can access innocence.
It doesn't matter what you do for a living.
If you are an engineer or an artist,
Creativity is always involved.
By judging others or yourself,
You can create or destroy ideas around you.
When you filter the automatic judging with your highest values and innocence,
Your thoughts change and your frequency goes to a higher octave and your relationship becomes illuminated with innocence and love.
But if you make a huge moral statement about yourself or others,
It can block your path to innocence.
So today we are going to create some mantras to become more aware of our innocence and in this way we can become more gentle with ourselves and others.
So the first mantra we are going to practice is,
I am innocent and kind to myself and others.
I am innocent and kind to myself and others.
