I'm so happy and thankful that you can join today.

Take a moment to notice all the colors in the room and with your hands and feet,

Feel the ground below you.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Notice how you are feeling in this moment.

Are you happy or sad or somewhere in between?

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Take this time to reflect on your emotions and your feelings.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Imagine yourself inside an orb of beautiful golden light and love surrounding you.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Inside this beautiful golden light of love,

Know that you are safe.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Inside this beautiful golden light of love,

You are able to completely relax.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

As you inhale,

Imagine all the love and protection entering inside of you.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

As you exhale,

Imagine any unwanted thoughts or feelings being released from your body.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Notice what makes your heart feel full.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

This fullness will give you deep peace and joy.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

This fullness reminds us of all the things that we have to be thankful for,

Even when our days are sometimes rough.

You matter,

You belong,

You're alive.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Your life holds adventure and many surprises.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

You have an opportunity to really experience the day.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Think to yourself the many ways how you can be thankful for your life.

Whether your day so far was wonderful or difficult,

You know more today than you did yesterday.

By being alive,

You can be grateful for all the day's experiences and lessons.

Greatfulness will help you feel happiness in your heart.

Your body is truly a miracle.

Reflect on all the things you have experienced today and all the places that you have been.

Even as you are here in this moment,

You have traveled many places in your thoughts and in your imagination.

There is so much to be grateful for in life.

Life is a gift.
