Whether your eyes are closed or open, Just focus on your breath. Breathe in, Breathe out. Imagine a wave of calmness traveling from the top of your head down to your feet. Breathe in, Breathe out. Your body is feeling relaxed as you let go of any tension. Breathe in, Breathe out. As you are feeling relaxed, Let the tranquility enter your mind and your thoughts. Breathe in, Breathe out. As you inhale, You are taking a break from all the busyness around you. Breathe in, Breathe out. As you exhale, You are feeling peaceful. Breathe in, Breathe out. Your body is feeling completely at ease. Breathe in, Breathe out. Focus on kindness and gentleness to ourselves and others. Breathe in, Breathe out. Pay attention to any thoughts that bring on more happiness and goodness. Breathe in, Breathe out. There is goodness that surrounds you. Breathe in, Breathe out. This goodness creates a positive environment inside you. Breathe in, Breathe out. As you focus on kindness to yourself and others, Your life will become more joyful and content. Breathe in, Breathe out. Kindness to others help them feel they are not alone. Breathe in, Breathe out. Kindness brightens their day. Breathe in, Breathe out. Being kind and helpful with words and actions is a wonderful gift to give. Breathe in, Breathe out. By your example of kindness and helpfulness, You are showing others how to be kind and helpful.
