Good morning,

A beautiful new day awaits you.
Allow yourself to gently awaken as we begin this meditation.
You might be lying nestled in your bed still,
Or perhaps sitting in a chair.
Gently close down your eyes,
Welcoming this moment of stillness as you begin your day.
Give your body a stretch as you settle more deeply into your position.
Feel the weight of your body as it rests against the surface underneath,
Still and relaxed.
Inhale deeply,
Then exhale and feel your shoulders melt away from your ears.
Inviting another deep breath into your lungs,
Belly rising.
Slowly exhale,
Belly falling,
Feeling all tension fade away from your face.
Taking in another deep breath through your nose and exhaling,
Feeling grounded and calm.
Allow yourself several more deep breaths in through your nose,
Belly rising.
Deep exhale,
Belly falling,
Inhale through your nose,
Welcoming fresh oxygen deep into your lungs,
Cleansing your body and exhale through your nose,
Releasing any thought.
Taking one final breath into your lungs and holding at the top,
Exhale fully,
Releasing any uncertainties for the day,
Allowing your breath to return to its normal pace.
Bring to mind now three things you are grateful for.
They can be simple,
Such as I am grateful for sleeping deeply and waking well rested.
I am grateful for this quiet moment for myself before the day begins.
I am grateful for sunlight streaming through my window.
Take a moment to give thanks for three blessings.
With your heart space open and receptive,
A sense of deep gratitude surrounding you,
Take a moment to set an intention to lead you through your day.
Your personal North Star guiding you as you chart your course.
I welcome abundance into my life.
My actions support my goals and dreams.
I have clarity and my mind is calm.
I am loved.
I am love.
I am open to the opportunities today will bring.
I greet this day with confidence and ease.
