I invite you to breathe with me and allow your intuition and your deepest knowing to show you what you need to see today.

You're going to be doing a three-part breath,

Taking deep breaths in from your belly,

Then your chest,

And then exhaling fully.

Let's begin.

Exhale.

Life doesn't come with a manual.

It doesn't come with instructions.

What you do come into this world is a deep sense of knowing,

A deep sense of connection and intuition.

Being at a crossroad of not knowing if you made the right turn or if you should make this different decision can feel extremely scary.

When you don't know what to do,

Some of the best things to do in life is to simply wait and listen and feel for the nudges that are always there and always guiding you.

Dear one,

You have always been led and guided in every moment of every day.

You are so loved.

Belly,

Exhale.

Your very life is a miracle.

Being on this planet,

In this universe,

Is a miracle.

Your job in this life is to follow your bliss,

To come alive,

To live,

To feel the feelings,

To experience the beauty,

The magnificence of nature,

Of humanity.

Exhale.

Allow this experience of living fully to bring you joy,

To activate who you're meant to be.

Taking three breaths here,

In from your nose,

Holding it at the top,

Exhaling fully from your mouth.

Two more,

Deep breath in from your nose,

Holding it at the top,

Exhaling fully from your mouth.

Taking a deep breath in from your nose,

Exhaling fully from your mouth.

Holding it at the top,

And exhaling fully.

Coming back to this meditation as many times as you need,

And bringing this mindfulness into your day.
