Take a deep breath,

Hold it at the top,

Let it go with a sigh.

Take another deep breath,

Expand your abdomen,

Let your belly rise and hold it at the top.

You can maybe breathe a little more.

Let go with a sigh.

Do it one more time,

Take a deep breath.

Expand your belly,

Expand your abdomen,

Your ribs.

Hold it at the top,

Hold it as much as you can.

Learn the tolerance in your body.

Relax your shoulders,

Relax your back,

Hold your breath,

Relax into it.

Relax into the uncomfortable feeling of it.

Push yourself to the limit and let go with a sigh.

And observe your body for a second.

But we just did change the frequency.

Can you feel yourself?

Can you scan your body for feelings and feel yourself sitting or laying somewhere right now?

Can you feel the weight of your body?

Can you feel your toes and your hands?

Can you feel your hands?

If you can feel your hands,

Feel the energy running through your hands.

Can you feel heat or a sensation of movement going through your fingers?

What's your life force,

Electrical energy of love running through you,

Through every cell in you?

Feel your arms,

Feel your heart,

And anchor,

Drop into the center of your chest behind your physical heart.

How does that feel?

Can you take a deep breath there?

Breathe through your heart,

Focusing your attention in this area.

How does this area feel?

Is it tight?

Do you feel like you're choked?

Do you feel free?

Is it tense?

Very important part of your deep breath.

Take three deep breaths here.

Breathe out through your open mouth.

One more.

Exhale with your open mouth.

One more.

Feel this part of you.

Can you tell what you need?

Can you connect with your body so that you can listen to the messages?

Can you feel your body,

This vessel?

Feel your humanness.

Your human being.

Allow yourself to feel whatever it is that you're feeling there.

Self compassion.

Self love.

Self acceptance.

Self compassion to yourself.

Breathe into this space.

Imagine a flower,

A beautiful flower.

The most beautiful flower you know you've ever seen.

Like a closed bud in this area opening up to spring.

Opening up.

You can smell it.

Opening up every breath.

One pedal opens.

Breathe.

Extremely DESCENDING HIM.

Dah-dah!

Ground to your heart,

Anchor your light in your heart,

Allow yourself to shine from here,

Allow yourself to feel.

Feelings are part of you that we need to integrate and process.

So thank your heart for always being there,

Letting you know.

And now that you know how it feels,

You're gonna listen.

Make that promise to yourself.

And thank your body for being right here,

Right now with you.

We now are connected,

We're grounded,

Emanating from your heart,

Recalibrated,

Reconnected,

And realigned.
