
Body Scan And Chakra Tuning

Then we’ll tune each chakra energy center, loosening and letting go of the emotions that keep us stuck and, in their place, dropping in the emotions that will bring balance, harmony, and flow. Hello,
My name is Eileen Estrom.
Thank you so much for joining me for today's meditation.
In his book Chakras for Beginners,
David Pond writes that the chakras are conduits through which universal energy flows.
He continues to say blockages and restrictions in the chakras express themselves as discomfort,
Lack of energy,
Anxiety,
Emotional imbalance,
And disease,
All of which leads to disconnection.
Find a comfortable,
Quiet space where you can lay down and unwind as I navigate you first through a body scan,
Which will place you in a state of total surrender,
And then tune the frequencies of your chakra centers,
Bringing you back to a state of balance and flow.
Settle in and relax,
And together let's take a deep breath in through the nose and a cleansing breath out the mouth.
Let's do this one more time.
Deep breath in through the nose,
Cleansing breath out the mouth.
Now breathe in and out through your nose,
That soft,
Gentle inhale and soft,
Gentle exhale.
No effort,
No force.
Move into your body,
Move into your breath with ease.
Finding the gentle breaths in and out.
Finding silence in your breath.
Find balance in your breath.
Slow your breathing down.
Begin to notice the feeling of inner relaxation of the whole body.
Nothing exists right now but your body and your breath.
Nothing to do,
Nothing to control,
No effort.
Simply be.
Let each exhale soften your body into the earth.
Feel the support of the earth underneath you.
Feel your body become responsive to the earth's embrace.
Notice the front of your body reaching skyward as you inhale your breath.
Expanding upward and outward.
In this moment,
Begin to relax the right side of your body.
Relax the left side of your body.
Relax the lower half.
Relax the upper half.
Feel all these parts of your body as whole and undivided.
Continue to feel the breath take you to a place of surrender.
And now gently follow my voice to each area of your body as I mention it.
Begin to bring awareness to your ears.
The outside rims of your ears and earlobes.
The folds and creases in your ear.
Allow any sounds you hear around you to travel inward through the inner ear canal.
And now rest your awareness at the base of your throat.
Feeling the roof of your mouth,
Tongue,
Teeth,
Gums.
Feeling the lips as they lightly seal together.
Drawing awareness to the chin.
The jawline.
Releasing any tension in your jaw.
Bring awareness to the nose.
The tip of your nose,
The bridge of your nose,
The side of your nose.
And now bring awareness to the area underneath the nostrils.
Continue to feel the softness and the slowing of your breath as you inhale and exhale.
Bring awareness to the cheekbones,
To your temples,
To your eyes.
Allowing any light to filter in through your eyelids.
And feeling the seaming of the top eyelid and the bottom eyelid.
Draw your awareness upward to the space between the eyebrows.
Up to the forehead.
Across to the sides of the head.
The back of the head.
The crown of the head.
Begin to feel connectivity to the universe here.
Drawing that universal energy downward.
Through your head to the front of your throat.
Side of your neck,
Back of your neck.
Downward to the space between your shoulder blades.
Feel the shoulder blades on each side of your back.
Wrap your awareness around to the lungs and to your heart center.
Bring awareness to your shoulders.
Descending downward through the upper arm to the lower arm.
To the hands.
Bringing awareness to the palm of your hands.
The back of your hands.
The thumbs.
The first,
Second,
Third and fourth fingers.
Now ascend upward through the wrist.
The elbows to the head of the arm bones.
Drawing your awareness once again to the heart center.
Move downward to the ribs and the space between the ribs.
Feel the back ribs.
The navel center.
Right behind the navel center.
Your lower back.
Bring awareness to your abdomen and the base of your spine.
Bring awareness to the hips.
Descending downward from the hips through the thighs.
The calves to the feet.
Bringing awareness to the top of your foot.
The big toe on each foot.
Second,
Third,
Fourth and fifth toe.
Bringing awareness to the soles of your feet.
Ascending your awareness upward through the ankles,
The knees and to the hips.
Rest your awareness once again at the base of your spine.
The root chakra.
Visualize a rich red color in this energy center.
The root chakra connects you to the earth and its grounding energies.
Tune into your breath.
Feel the inhale and exhale of your breath.
And now using the flow of our breath,
We'll begin to realign and rebalance the root chakra.
Tune into your breath.
Inhale.
And exhale and release insecurity.
Inhale and invite in courage.
Release instability.
Invite in balance.
Release uncertainty.
Invite in trust.
Draw your awareness upward to the area below the navel center.
The sacral chakra.
Visualizing a warm orange glow in this energy center.
The sacral chakra holds the energy of your passion,
Your creativity,
Your emotion center.
Tune into your breath.
Realigning and rebalancing the sacral chakra using the breath.
Inhale.
And exhale.
Inhale.
And release control.
Inhale and invite in flow.
Exhale depression or sadness.
Inhale delight and joy.
Release obstacles.
Invite in ambition.
Bring your attention to the space between your rib cage,
The solar plexus.
Visualize a beaming yellow glow in this energy center.
In balance,
The chakra helps you maintain your personal power,
Your drive and determination.
It governs your sense of humor.
Tune into your breath.
Exhale fully.
Inhale.
Exhale and release meekness.
Inhale and invite in confidence.
Release perfectionism.
Invite in peace.
Exhale criticism.
Inhale laughter.
Release lethargy.
Invite in strength.
Guide your awareness to the center of your chest,
The heart chakra.
Visualize a vibrant green light radiating outward in this energy center.
The chakra merges your connection to earth and the universe.
It is the hub of your soul's truth and your soul's expression.
Tune into your breath.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale and release fear.
Inhale and invite in love.
Release anger.
Invite in forgiveness.
Exhale jealousy.
Inhale compassion.
Release intolerance.
Invite in understanding.
Ascend your awareness upward to the notch at the base of your throat,
The throat chakra.
Visualize a vivid sky blue color in this energy center.
This powerful chakra is the voice of self-expression,
Where you ask for your needs to be met.
It is the gateway of our words.
Tune into your breath.
Soft exhale.
Soft inhale.
Exhale and release misunderstanding.
Inhale and invite in understanding.
Release deceit.
Invite in truth.
Exhale harsh words.
Inhale kindness.
Release repression.
Invite in freedom.
Draw your awareness to the space between your eyebrows,
The third eye.
Visualize a gleaming purple light in this energy center.
The third eye is the center of clear seeing,
Knowledge,
And insight.
You see beyond the physical and into the spiritual.
Tune in to your breath.
Exhale fully.
Inhale.
Exhale and release delusion.
Inhale and invite in truth.
Release panic,
Any anxiety.
Invite in peace of mind.
Exhale fogginess.
Inhale clarity.
Release perception.
Invite in intuition.
Float your awareness to the top of your head,
The crown chakra,
The portal to your highest state of consciousness and realization,
The collective oneness of all beings everywhere.
Visualize a luminous,
White,
Iridescent light in this energy center.
Tune into your breath.
Fully exhale the breath.
Inhale the breath fully.
Exhale and release disconnection.
Inhale and invite in integration.
Release division.
Invite in unity.
Release scarcity.
Invite in abundance.
Exhale anything that stops you from full love,
From loving fully.
And now inhale universal love.
Exhale universal love.
Inhale and receive universal love.
Exhale and give universal love.
Staying in this space,
Just inhaling and exhaling love.
Feel yourself synchronized,
Merged in this space,
Connected completely,
Tuned in to your own frequency.
In a state of balance,
Harmony and flow.
Now I invite you to continue to stay in this space for as long as you wish.
And until then,

The love,

Eileen, thank you for such a deeply beautiful experience. During your Chakra Alignment and Body Scan, I felt something powerful happen. Towards the end, it was as if something that had been choking me finally lifted and left. The release was so real, so freeing, that I felt lighter, sweeter, and completely enveloped in love. As my eyes opened, I was met with the softest vision—iridescent baby pinks, baby blues, and a luminous light surrounding me. It was breathtaking, like being wrapped in grace and beauty.
