Hi,

My name is Jackie and welcome to this Virgo Full Moon in the month of March 2022.

As we look around,

There has never been more of a time of so much chaos,

So much carnage,

Crumbling of paradigms,

Healing of karmic cycles and ancestral timelines.

So we have a massive and great opportunity here to choose which timeline you want to follow.

The one of 3D,

The one of darkness will continue no matter what.

Darkness is filled with fear and so many people are afraid to let go.

But let's switch into the higher frequency.

No matter where you are,

It is the most auspicious time to be watching our thoughts,

Our emotions,

Our actions,

Our feelings and checking in with ourselves daily.

So for one,

We don't get knocked off our perches in this chaotic energy.

And two,

To help ground this cosmic light,

To help fill the crystalline grids with more light,

It only takes a small percentage of collective people to be able to shift and change a whole outlook of where humanity is headed.

So please join me.

Virgos can be very much about attention to detail,

So there may be many triggers for you this month where things are so out of order.

So let's take this time and go on this journey together to help with the full moon,

Clear out the old which does not serve and to prepare for the new moon of bringing in the new enriched ideas and inspirations and shoots of new seeds into our beings and into our lives.

So get cozy,

Relax,

Come with me on this full moon journey and allow yourself to just switch off and be in this moment.

Breathe into your being,

Breathe into every cell of your body.

Appreciate your body,

Appreciate how far that has taken you.

Feel and tap into the wisdom that your body can and will heal itself,

All it needs is a commander and you are the commander of your vessel.

As you breathe into your body,

Feel yourself relax,

Let go of the tension in your shoulders.

Focus on your vertebrae one at a time going down your spine,

Relaxing,

Releasing,

Letting go.

Our golden cord to our higher self,

To the universe and taking that golden cord down past the base of your spine.

Through your chair or through the floor,

Whether you're sitting or lying,

Taking your golden cord,

Your umbilical cord of life down,

Down,

Down,

Down into mother earth,

Down into her core,

Going all the way down to the center of this beautiful sentient being.

Wrapping your golden cord around mother earth's heart,

Like a golden heart in the center of the earth,

Beating as one with your heart.

Allow yourself to let go and relax a little bit more.

Feeling the weight of your day lift off.

In your past,

Yesterday the sufferings,

The dramas,

The chaos release from your back.

Keeping yourself in this moment of not going down any rabbit holes of the future unless it is from your heart and from love.

As you release and let go and allow your thoughts,

Be aware of what you are thinking.

Allow them to float in,

Acknowledge them and allow them to float out.

Your mind is in a cycle of repetitive thoughts.

Just gently acknowledge and bring yourself back to my voice,

All the music or back into your heart.

You are doing a tremendous service by just showing up here today.

Not only for yourself and your soul journey but for the collective,

All out there.

So as you start to release and let go,

Just for a minute under the energy of the full body,

Allow yourself to truly take a look at what is going on in your life.

Feel the density of what is going on in the world.

Feel the heaviness of the timeline.

This timeline has been treaded for thousands of years,

The same old repetitive historical moments repeating like in a mouse wheel over and over.

The carnage,

The wars,

The anger,

The division,

The separation,

The suffering.

Feel that for a moment and the heaviness in your heart.

We won't be staying here so just for a few minutes focus.

Focus on what it is that does not serve you in your life.

Maybe it is a relationship,

Maybe it is a friendship,

Maybe it is in where you are working or not working.

Maybe it is looking out too far abroad into the chaos and destruction out there.

Maybe it is listening to the media or the endless media platforms of negativity and fear.

Maybe it is the heaviness of your own family or perhaps your own thoughts.

Whatever it is,

Acknowledge it.

It is okay to be in it,

To sit in it.

For this is how we transmute it and clear it.

What is it in your life that really triggers you?

Perhaps gets you back up.

Does not serve your heart of love.

Perhaps it is an old memory or an old hurt partake.

Perhaps it is a feeling of unworthiness that you're not good enough or you stay small not to be seen.

Perhaps it is your own health,

Your own well-being.

Are you completely happy and satisfied for what you are putting into your body?

For your fitness levels?

Just mull over your life and what it is for you in this moment.

As you are starting to sift through some areas,

Some shadows,

Some darkness in your closet,

Acknowledge it and know in this meditation it will be released.

As you feel the denseness of what is around you and you feel the heaviness of perhaps despair for what to do next or where to from here.

We're calling on all our helpers,

Our angels,

Guides,

Light beings,

Departed loved ones,

Whoever comes to mind for you.

Whoever you know that has your back and we ask one of them to come forward to greet you in your home right now or wherever you are.

Maybe a pet or an animal that has unconditional love.

Whoever,

Whatever it is,

They're here to help you,

To guide you to more light frequency feelings in your heart and your body and in your soul.

Greet them with love and a familiarity that only makes you feel amazing and good.

So wherever you are,

Stand up,

Know that you are fully grounded and you can allow your mind to take you on this journey.

And as you stand up,

You start to lift off the ground.

Your guides helping you,

Guiding you,

Showing you the way.

And as you lift off the ground,

You become a little lighter as you pass through the ceiling,

The roof.

The density of the earth is still there.

You can manage to get above the thick air as you float higher and higher and higher.

Feel that darkness drip off you,

All your fears,

Addictions,

All your inner dialogues are releasing from you as you become a little lighter and float higher with the help of your guide.

Take your time,

Let go of what you have not acknowledged in your life that you do not want to carry into this higher frequency.

That black tar dripping off you,

The victimhood of the 3D,

The perpetrator of the 3D dimension.

And as you cut through that boundary of the density around planet earth and start to glide into a higher frequency.

Before you is a beautiful rainbow bridge.

It's a bridge to a higher frequency.

Some may call it the 5D fifth dimension.

Some may call it the age of Aquarius.

Some may call it Christ consciousness,

Unity consciousness,

Cosmic love.

Whatever you name this bridge of bright rainbow colors,

It is yours to step on.

And as you feel more gratitude in your heart,

More joy in your being,

More love and peace as you start to glide over this bright,

Brightly lit rainbow.

The bridge to that higher frequency can only be on this bridge when you let go of that black icky tar called 3D living.

And we can take ourselves into this moment many times throughout our day.

So as you are gliding on this huge rainbow bridge,

A bridge to somewhere that feels light and intriguing,

Look up to see that beautiful,

Full,

Larger than life,

Virgo,

Silvery full moon beaming down on you.

You have the colors of the rainbow coming up through your body and the illumination of the silvery moon coming down,

Down over you.

And as you glide over this rainbow bridge,

Each ray is cleansing and clearing your chakras.

Imagine your base chakra,

The one that sits down,

Your red chakra at the base of your spine,

Spinning in perfect harmony,

Flicking out anything that does not serve and filling this chakra with the bright redness of the ascension bridge.

Bring the colors of the rainbow,

The orange into your sacral chakra,

Below your navel,

Spinning out,

Flicking out any old dross,

Anything to do with relationships and money,

Ancestral until the chakra is spinning in perfect bright orange harmony.

Bring the color of the yellow and the rainbow into your solar plexus sitting above your navel.

Feel fear clearing out as it is replaced with intuition and joy and sunshine consciousness.

Bring in the green from the rainbow into your heart,

Healing the hurts of the past,

Bringing in forgiveness to whoever comes to mind and to all our enemies as we speak or so to speak that we feel are not on our page or do not get us.

Let's bring that green in to let go of judgment and to bring in the acceptance that we all,

We all have our own perspectives,

Our own journeys,

Our own opinions and make this a place where your heart feels unconditional love.

Loving yourself is the most and first most important aspect of the lessons we learn in life.

When our cup is full,

When we can feel and know and be that we are on our rainbow heart journey then we can be in a place to help serve,

Help pull other people onto the rainbow bridge as we create a new earth together.

Bring the blue of the rainbow into your throat,

Into your throat chakra,

Into your thyroid where our hormones are distributed throughout our body.

Feel it in perfect harmony,

The perfect temperament to help heal and feel our body in great health.

See that spinning blue wheel in your throat that you speak your truth from your heart.

The communications are clear and open.

Bringing attention to your third eye,

The eye of all seeing,

The indigo color of the rainbow,

Bringing the energy of the rainbow,

The silvery full moon for clarity,

For focus,

For openness,

To show us a different picture of what we are seeing in the world,

A bigger picture and understanding as to why everything on earth is happening and being played out the way it is right now.

See your third eye open and glistening with the sparkles of the full moon and the deep blue.

Bring your energy up to your crown chakra,

The violet,

The violet of the rainbow,

Opening your crown to receive like an antenna all that we are deserving of,

Worthy of,

For want of better words,

Our own wisdoms from our higher self,

From source,

From our almighty Father Mother God.

Feel the energy of the cosmic rays and the violet rays pouring down into your crown.

If you look very closely to our rainbow,

It has another ray,

The magenta.

See this chakra above your head,

Our soul star chakra,

A beautiful magenta like a deep pink color,

The chakra of grace,

A deeper gratitude,

A deeper love,

A deeper compassion,

A deeper kindness,

Accelerated,

A higher antenna to all planets,

Stars,

Galaxies and universes.

See the rainbow colors through you,

In you,

Around you,

Mixed with the silvery moon as the moon goes into every single cell,

Filling you with the cosmic love of the feminine goddess energy,

The rising of the feminine energy in our world,

In our life,

In our body today.

And as we feel light and free and easy and open and clear,

Full of appreciation for being alive at this most auspicious time on planet Earth.

In front of us,

At the end of the rainbow,

Is the beautiful planet Venus.

She is in square at some stage with our full moon over the next few days and she is the planet of love and beauty.

She was named after an ancient Roman goddess and she helped build our power of love and beauty,

Beauty within and beauty without.

She is the brightest planet in our solar system and she shines so bright and there is a door to this planet that is open and beckoning you with your guide to come in.

And as you enter,

You feel the power,

Feel the beauty of this massive,

Amazing planet,

But also the beauty and the power that resides within you,

Your gifts,

Your talents of your ancestors,

The spark of your soul that you are.

Feel the energy through every cell,

Every vein and in this place of love,

Dream big of how you see your new Earth.

Do you see or imagine and create communities growing herbs,

Vegetables and fruit,

Clean,

Free fresh water and energy,

Children safe,

Playing in small groups,

Small schools.

It takes a village to raise a child where they are taught morals and values and believing in themselves.

See advanced technology to help our health and wellbeing.

See festivals of dance,

Singing and playing and connecting with each other.

Picture your world and dream it big.

See healing temples,

Natural retreats,

Small businesses being supported by locals,

All basic needs met.

Feel the vibration of love and as you walk out your home,

You have the biggest smile and the feeling of happiness as you greet people down the street,

That all your fear does not reside in this new Earth.

This timeline that we can and will create together.

Some may choose not to and that is okay.

Remember our lifetime on planet Earth is only but a spark of who we truly are.

But it is up to us to play in the cosmic energy and create and keep our vibration high and keep connected into our heart as often as we can,

No matter the atrocities happening around the planet.

That Venus is here to help us call on her,

Imagine yourself surrounded in her energy,

Bring her to planet Earth,

Her love and her beauty.

Feel the energy running through your brain,

Veins and arteries and in your brain and in your mind,

Clearing out those old neuron patterns,

Sparking new neurons,

New pathways,

Opening yourself,

Letting go of what we've been taught by our ancestors,

Freeing ourselves into this higher frequency where we will one day be able to stay and keep it at that high frequency.

If only but in short moments right now,

This is how we build our bricks.

This is how we fill those bricks with mortar,

Stability,

Groundedness,

Community,

Togetherness.

Whatever you are creating in your new world,

Know that it is possible.

That daydreaming has been taken away from a lot of us,

But now we are here to rebuild,

To open our sixth sensing,

To create,

Co-create with the cosmos.

We do not have to live in the carnage of the 3D.

We can play and be light whenever we take our mind to this frequency.

Together we are all helping planet earth.

And from Venus,

Let's take handfuls of her golden light and throw them down to planet earth like fiery cosmic loving beautiful balls of light.

Throw down these balls and watch them hit planet earth and connect with hearts,

Connect with people,

Ignite people's hearts,

Ignite people's bodies,

Tap into their minds,

Throw hundreds of balls down to planet earth.

See her starting to light up as we also help mother Gaia out of this sticky mess.

Throw these beautiful balls to the animals,

To the plant kingdom,

To your loved ones,

To perhaps the stuck energy,

The fear energy,

The energy where it is hard to let go.

Watch planet earth start to fire up from these Venus loving fireballs of beauty.

See all the balls starting to form in unity together through our waterways,

Our rivers,

Our oceans.

The water that we drink becomes cosmic,

Beautiful,

Healing water,

Energy.

And as we drink,

Our body becomes lighter and transforms.

As the animals drink,

They become well and healthy.

As the plants drink,

The plants are filled with nutrients and goodness and vitamins all naturally growing in our beautiful,

Viable sun.

See the whole earth as a fiery lit up Venus,

A planet of love,

A planet of hope,

Inspiration and creation.

You can go back to this place whenever you want to.

Make sure you do throughout your day in your own way,

In your own mind and in your time.

For now it is time to leave this beautiful,

Special place.

You may like to stay there.

Make sure you bring yourself back into your chair.
