Welcome to the first supermoon January in a cancer full moon 2026.

Wow 2025 has already been and done.

What a year eh?

The universe is definitely kicking butt so to speak,

To align us to our higher integrity,

Our higher authenticity,

Our true,

Honourable,

Genuine,

Gorgeous selves.

What this means is so much stuff is coming up for healing.

No stone is going unturned as we move into a different energy for 2026.

It adds up to a one.

So it's about new beginnings,

Sowing new seeds,

Reflecting on what you truly want,

Creating new realities.

It is a miracle time guys,

It is absolutely miraculous,

Gorgeous,

Beautiful energies for 2026.

So as you sit,

Getting yourself comfy and starting to relax into the mood of this meditation,

Focus on your breath,

Your breathing,

The ambience around you,

Whether you're outside or what you've created for yourself inside.

As I set ourselves up and talk just a little bit more about the cancer energies for this full moon.

So cancer is a water sign and being a supermoon it can mean that the energies are emotionally charged.

That means you may be feeling or experiencing more emotion than normal.

Or it could work the opposite,

That you feel numb,

Shut down,

Not even know,

Knowing your own emotions.

We're closing out 2025.

So whatever has been coming up for you in the last wee while is coming up for a very,

Very special and really good reason.

It's time for you to look at these emotions because on the flip side,

This is an opportunity for emotional expansion.

This energy is mother energy.

So it's nurturing,

It's caring.

It's how you can help yourself or how you can help others.

But also with mother energy comes the opposite.

It could be about how you were brought up by your mother,

Or how you're raising your children as a mother.

And if you are a male listening to this,

You still have the feminine aspects within you.

How you felt being raised by your mom,

Or how you're portraying your energy out out there into the world.

Whether your feminine energy is balanced within you.

Meaning,

Are you emotionally aware?

Or are you creative?

Do you follow your intuition?

Do you follow your heart?

Or is everyone,

Because I'm bringing the girls in again,

Masculine override,

Where you're in your head,

Where things have to be controlled,

Structured a certain way.

This is the energy that is dying down in us in 2026,

As that feminine energy rises.

So as you're relaxing your body and moving into this rebirth energy,

A higher love,

A higher grace,

Higher awareness of your integrity,

Where your life may be out of balance.

Are you taking the honorable path?

And this means following your own integrity,

Your own truth,

And leadership from the heart.

Scanning your body now from head to toe.

Going down,

Down,

Through all areas of your physical body.

Noticing where you have any tightness,

Where you may be feeling blocked.

Or even as you go over an area,

You may feel some type of emotion.

Allow yourself to feel all areas of your body.

There may be many parts that are screaming out for your attention.

Or you may find that you can scan your body quite easily.

There's no right,

There's no wrong.

We are all individuals on this path.

All experiencing our own realities.

All at different spectrums in our life.

However,

The end goal is more love,

More joy,

More happiness,

Freedom,

Unity,

Community.

So as you acknowledge your body and sending those parts of your body,

Extra special love,

Extra special acknowledgement,

With gratitude for our hands and our feet,

Or all organs,

Of course,

But our feet that get us around every single day,

Our hands that do so much for us in a single day.

We give gratitude to our whole body.

Wholesomeness,

The holistic picture,

The physical,

The emotional,

The mental,

The spiritual,

Acknowledging that we are multi-dimensional beings here on Earth to have a human experience and to remember who we are.

We invite the four elements in water,

Fire,

Air,

And earth.

We ground ourselves.

Imagine those golden ribbons going down,

Down,

Down,

Deep into the earth,

Connecting into Mother Gaia's heart,

In her center,

In her core.

Imagining that your heartbeat is in unison with hers.

And imagine yourself in a protective dome of light where only high vibrational energy can come into your field and the low dense energy can release and leave your field.

A journey to help you surrender,

And open your heart.

If you find yourself drifting off from my words,

There is no right or wrong way.

Sometimes the journeys are a bit weird and out there.

I invite you to trust the process.

And be in allowance.

I am usually given snippets leading up to recording,

But I never know the endings or where it's taking me,

Which keeps me on my toes and letting go of control and ego and trusting deeply that spirit have our back.

That when we take a step towards our own wholeness,

Then the universe matches that with another step.

We do not need to see the full picture or know how it all works.

So now follow me in your mind to the beach.

And if you do find it hard,

You're not a visual,

Just be open to the feelings of where this may take you.

So imagine that you're standing on the beach,

Looking out at that vast,

Vast ocean.

The deep,

Deep unknown,

The blue sea in front of you.

Knowing that when we are at the edge of the water,

We are safe.

But if we were to have to venture out into the deep ocean,

We are going into the fears,

The unknowns,

The uncertainties.

And as your body is truly starting to relax,

Being conscious of your breath,

My voice,

The smells around you and what you are seeing behind your closed eyelids.

Focusing on your third eye,

If you can.

Little pictures,

Snippets,

Colors,

Whatever is right for you.

And in front of you,

Something is coming towards you from the ocean.

It's hard to make out in the distance.

But as it gets closer,

You realize what it is.

As it comes up to the surface and closer to the shore.

It is your very own submarine.

Picture it as you will.

It may be a color.

It may look a certain way.

How does it look to you?

A little door opens.

Maybe like a drawbridge door.

Or a little trap door.

Or however you see it.

And inside you can see this beautiful golden light.

It's inviting.

It's warm.

It feels really good.

So as you enter through this door,

Letting go of all concerns,

Trusting the process,

Trusting your way forward.

And when you enter this submarine,

All you can feel is this beautiful,

High vibration,

Beautiful energy.

There are two figures in the submarine awaiting your arrival.

You feel their presence.

You feel their excitement.

You feel their warmth,

Their lovingness,

Their support,

The safety within these walls.

And they come towards you.

One is your guide.

Somebody that comes to mind,

That you trust.

Somebody that could be from a family member,

A departed loved one.

It could even be someone alive in your life right now.

An angel,

A master,

A light being.

Whoever it is,

You feel completely safe and secure.

The other figure is the captain of your ship,

Of your submarine.

Somebody who is watching out for you and has instructions for you.

They greet you.

You may hug or connect eyes.

Whatever feels right for you.

And they hand you a scroll.

With instructions about this time that you're spending together.

Because in this golden submarine,

All recollection of your life dissipates.

And it is only you,

The captain and your guide.

And you are eager for your instructions of what this mission means to you.

What it's going to mean for your soul,

For your growth and for your healing.

And as you read these instructions,

You realize that it is part of a blueprint.

A choice point for you in this moment.

You know that you've come to earth for a very special reason.

But in this moment,

You're not sure of what this part of your journey means.

The captain thinks it's quite simple,

Really.

That you're here to clean up your ancestral timeline.

Your family lineage.

Karma,

Drama,

Trauma.

And although you can't remember any of it in this moment,

You are very willing to explore this on a level that you don't have to go through all that hardship and suffering.

So you instantly and spontaneously say,

Yes,

Sign me up.

In the center of the submarine is like a golden capsule.

And its lid is open.

Your guide takes your hand and steps you into this capsule.

Where you lie down in full body length.

Trusting this process and knowing in your heart it is absolutely 100% safe and the right thing to do.

Your captain will be there steering this mission.

Your guide is there guarding the capsule.

Helping you with any fears as that lid closes.

Inside this capsule,

It is still beautiful and golden.

The lights are dimming slightly.

And at your hands reach,

There are two golden ropes.

You have the start of this golden rope.

One in your left hand and one in your right.

And they go through your capsule,

Out through the submarine,

And into the ocean.

So they're like waving away in the waves as the submarine is sinking,

Going low,

Low into the depths of your consciousness.

And these golden ropes are trailing alongside.

And as you go deep,

Deep,

Deep into the unknown,

All low vibrations release from you.

And that is the fears and the control of not knowing where you are headed.

Being given this cryptic script blueprint message and not knowing anything beyond that.

Very,

Very weird sensation.

All you can feel is the humming of the submarine and your own heartbeat.

As you hold on to these golden ropes that are like an emotion with the waves outside of the submarine.

Like swimming dolphins,

In a sense,

Sticking close to the submarine.

And as everything goes dark,

Your vision,

Your psychic vision is switched on.

And all you can see is the picture created before you.

You're in a submarine.

These golden ropes trailing outside.

And you can see through the walls of your capsule.

You can see through the walls of the submarine.

And you can see these ropes clearly.

On the left,

Represents your mother's lineage.

On the right,

Represents your father's lineage.

And what you notice in these golden ropes,

That there are chinks out of the ropes.

Little gaps.

The rope is still moving all in one,

But there is like disharmony throughout these golden ropes.

And without going into the experiences of your past,

Know that these golden ropes represent your lineage,

Your ancestral timeline.

And the chinks out of the ropes represent the dis-ease and disharmony that has gone on for seven generations before you.

Going into your mother,

On the left,

On the left-hand side,

Grandmother,

Great,

Great,

Great,

Great,

Great,

Great,

Back seven generations.

And of course,

It can also be the grandfathers and fathers on your mother's side,

Going back.

So in a sense,

You may like to see this golden rope split again,

And representing your mother's lineage,

And representing,

Well,

Your grandmother's lineage,

And representing your grandfather's lineage on your mother's side.

Remembering that now we are deep in the depths of the ocean,

But that beautiful,

Beautiful,

Super full moon is lighting the waters and shining an illuminated sparkle onto your ancestral's timeline.

Bringing up for you what it represents in this moment,

Whether it is abuse,

Whether it is addiction,

Whether it is rejection,

Betrayal,

Self-importance,

Slavery,

Poverty,

Suffering,

Downtrodden.

On the other end,

It could be greed,

So much money,

Without thinking of others,

Authoritative,

Self-ruling with an iron fist,

Self-fish in a way,

Not thinking about anyone else,

Rich,

Greedy,

Powerful.

Whatever jumps out to you right now,

It doesn't have to make sense,

In your own life right now,

But it is something that has been passed down through you,

Through this golden rope,

Your DNA.

And as you're on your mother's side,

We invite these ancestors forward,

From seven generations.

And in your mind's eye,

You start to see figures in the water.

You may not have never met them before,

You may not even know your family story,

Or maybe some aspects you know,

Because you feel,

You feel it in your heart.

Deep,

Deep,

Deep down in your consciousness,

You feel.

And you invite them to come forward.

And they are willing to come forward,

Because they know this emotional expansion right now,

This energy can heal,

And they want to be healed.

They want their family timeline to feel whole and complete.

They don't want you to carry their baggage any longer.

The whole ancestral timeline has suffered long enough,

Hundreds and hundreds of years.

And as they come forward,

You acknowledge them for their bravery,

For their courage,

For speaking up,

For coming forward,

For showing themselves,

For all the things that they've been through.

War,

Slavery,

Division,

Racism,

Sexuality,

Sorry.

All of it is coming up to the surface right now.

And you are encouraged through your mind's eye to connect into their mind's eye.

You may see them just as a light.

You may see them just as a figure.

Or you may be able to actually see their actual faces.

However you see this,

Feel the emotions in your heart.

Feel if they were in despair,

Disaster,

Disease.

Maybe they carried their genetic blueprint of health down to you.

Encourage them to hold that part of the rope that has been severed.

And whatever generation it is,

As they place their hand on the rope,

A beautiful golden lightning bolt of energy ripples through the rope.

And as it ripples through,

It heals.

And as it heals,

You can feel it coming into your body,

Into the capsule.

You feel the energy building in you as they have been given permission to heal the rifts of their past that they no longer have to hold onto it.

Be it feeling the shame,

The guilt,

The shouldas,

The wouldas,

The couldas,

The weakness,

The vulnerability,

All the unconsciousness of hurting others in ways that in the time,

This is the only way they knew how.

The perpetrators and the victims,

It all releases on your mother's side and comes back into your heart like kick-starting your heart again.

And in your being,

You know that something in your mother's lineage has been healed today.

And just take some deep breaths.

And now we move into your right hand,

The rope you are holding going through the capsule,

Through the submarine,

And out into the waters where all you can see are the severed parts of this golden rope.

And we call forward the family members,

The ancestors on your father's side,

Born from your grandmother and grandfather,

Where the rope splits into two,

Showing us your mother's lineage,

I mean your grandmother's lineage and your grandfather's lineage,

Going back,

Back,

Back,

Back,

Back,

Back,

Back,

Back seven generations.

And all those things your father's family have gone through,

All those things like your mother's side but in different forms and in different ways,

Wars,

Loss,

Grief,

Unforgiveness,

Resentment,

Anger,

Helplessness,

Disconnectedness,

Disease,

All carved into your DNA today,

Without you even knowing that you are holding their genetics,

Not just in the physical,

But the emotional,

And the mental,

And the spiritual,

The wrath of religion,

And truth,

And dogma.

Restricted freedoms,

Sacrifice,

Superficial,

The list goes on and on and on.

You don't need to know the experiences of what happened and how,

You just need to know that in that scroll today,

There is a section that says there is a part of your father's lineage,

Ancestral timeline,

That will be healed for you today,

Because you have chosen this mission to be here,

In your submarine,

Under this powerful,

Potent super-full moon.

And as this brings more love into your heart,

You start to see the faces,

Or the energy,

Or feel the feelings of your ancestors,

But without overwhelm,

Because you are in this beautiful,

High-vibrational capsule,

That is holding your frequency,

To the frequency of pure,

Unconditional love,

No matter what.

So without judgment,

You send that love through your eyes,

And all the oceans and waterways.

This beautiful,

High vibrational healing and healed energy.

You are a very important part to the cog in the wheel.

Without you,

This universe would be unbalanced.

You are a part of this shift,

This change,

This new high vibrational frequency,

This year and beyond.

Feel it in your heart,

Know it in your being,

That you are remembering who you truly are.

And from this healing through the ancestors,

Your other gifts and talents from them are switching on.

The love that you have for this planet and all that reside on her.

The door opens and your guide,

After hugging the captain and thanking him,

Your guide guides you back to the shore.

Your guide dissipates into the atmosphere,

The submarine door is closed and starts to merge back down into the water.

And as you stand there on the shore,

It all seems so surreal.

How could something like this actually work?

Well,

Let me tell you,

That's what this year is about.

Co-creating your reality,

Closing the door on the past and empowering yourself to the new earth ahead of you.

There is no more room to stand in the old.

It is time.

We are here on this foreshore to stand in our true sovereignty,

Integrity and our own divinity.
