Let go of what was going on before.
Not wanting to think about what you need to do afterwards,
Being here,
Being present,
Being in this space.
July is a very,
Very powerful month.
If you're unaware of certain.

Influences.
July is.
.
.
The pivotal point.
Where every single person on planet Earth will shift in consciousness.
Whether that is small or large.
Whether you're a little bit aware or unaware or fully awakened.
Something will be happening in your life.
To get you into the very position.
Of Mother Earth moving into a higher frequency.
And so what this meditation tonight is about is to not bring in any fear around that.
To know that change is the only way.
Constant thing in our life.
That all the challenges we've been through in the past have created a resilience.
A strength.
Because we came to this planet with amnesia.
And we have forgotten our true form,
Our true bright star.
That we are.
We've forgotten that we are multi.

.
Beings.
Multi-beings that's interesting.
Multidimensional beings.
And we're here having a human experience.
Aquarius.
Is a progressive.
Star sign.
So allow this meditation to take you on that progressive journey.
We were cutting through some of the chains.
And we're getting straight to what you need to let go of under this very powerful full moon.
It is also the humanitarian.
Star sign where we're thinking of all those beautiful ways that we can help our neighbours,
Help our community.
Help at work.
Where we can think of new ideas,
New thoughts.
So let's sow those seeds under this full moon tonight as well.
The Aquarius energy is also very highly intellectual.
So let's.

Be very,
Very aware of our thoughts because this is where we can become entangled.
In the drama,
In the extreme,
In the victim,
In the persecutors.
Alright,
So this is to become aware and to let go.
If this is you or somebody around you,
It's to follow your own drum.
Your own heartbeat.
Find your own.
Sobering tea.
Your own truth is different to your neighbor's truth.
All right so as you're relaxing now fully emerged.
And where you are right now.
There's a beautiful dome of protection over us.
We are safe.
You are safe.
You are safe to let go.
You are.
Beautiful sovereign being.
Who deserves all the happiness.
All the joy,
All the love.
All your heart's desires filled.
In this lifetime.
As you're breathing and your body is relaxing.
Scanning your body from head to toe.
Acknowledging any areas from your head into your neck and shoulders and down your arms.
They are the same if it feels blocked.
Pain.
Tight.
Soar.
Sending your beautiful body parts.
Unconditional love.
It doesn't matter what you think through or how you do it.
Found yourself in this position of aches and pains as we go down.
From your neck into your chest.
Your heart,
Your lungs.
And simultaneously down your back,
Down your spine.
Do the pray,
But do the pray.
And into your digestive system,
Your stomach.
Your liver,
Your pancreas,
Kidneys,
Adrenals,
Going down,
Acknowledging any areas that may be diseased.
Sending them love.
Down into your pelvic area.
And as we're scanning our body,
We're feeling lighter and lighter.
Our brain is starting to slow down.
Relaxing Breathing.
Switching off the noise.
As you come down into your legs and then into your feet.
If you're lying down,
You might like to feel.
Into those little tap roots coming from your spine.
And going down into the air.
If you're sitting and under your feet,
Those roots are going down.
Through all the floorboards.
And into the earth.
Damn,
Damn,
Damn.
And the further you go down,
The further you are sinking in to wherever you are,
Whether it's your bed.
Couch,
Floor,
The chair.
If you're outside of Mother Nature,
Sinking into the ground.
These roots are traveling down,
Down,
Down.
And then connecting into Mother Gaia's beautiful golden heart.
You are fully grounded,
Fully protected.
It is time to go home.
On a little exploration.
And as you start to walk.

You're leaving your body behind.
We find ourselves in a desert.
Dry,
Hot,
Sandy desert.
Feels very uncomfortable.
But you trust.
Trust the process under this beautiful full moon.
That there is something today that you are going to release.
Whether you already know what it is to be.
Or whether it comes to you a few days later.
It doesn't matter because you have chosen to be here.
You have done your beautiful soul,
Beautiful service.
By wanting to.
Be in the rhythm of the mind.
Release.
And then show shades on the mirror.
In this energy,
Miracles happen.
The veil is becoming so thin.
That our thoughts are manifesting before our very eyes.
To as you're walking in this desert.
The sand is hot.
There is a warm breeze on your face.
The sun is bearing down on you.
You do have a water bottle that you can sip on.
And you're very mindful that it needs to last.
So we're boring the four elements.
The hot sand you're walking on is the earth.
Acknowledging the elements of the earth.
The sun is fire.
Acknowledging the element of fire.
Warm air on your cheeks.
If only it could be breezy.
And call you.
But acknowledging the element of the air.
And your water.
You're pure Wait.
Water.
That you at this time are very,
Very grateful for.
And as you're walking,
You're getting hotter and hotter wondering what the heck are you doing out in this type of weather,
In this scenario.
A lot of us are holding on to some sort of fear.
A fear.
That can be silenced.
Fear that you hardly even recognize at times.
Or it could be the opposite.
Fear that grips you.
And out in these harsh conditions,
We need a harsh condition.
To transmute.
This energy within you.
Whether you have done lots of work on yourself or not.
There is always a deep fear.
Fear of the unknown.
Fear of standing out.
Fear of being small,
Fear of change.
Dear of a person.
Fear of a job,
Fear of quitting,
Whatever it is for you,
You are invited to bring up that fear right now.
And as you're thinking about that fear,
Feel it as well.
Because this time it's going to be cleared out of you.
This fear could also be connected to rejection.
Abuse.
Betrayal Shame.
Guilt.
Whatever it is for you.
Bring it up to the surface.
You may be a closed book.
You may have no willpower or you've been disempowered.
Your self-esteem may be low.
You may lack confidence,
Self-worth.
Deservingness.
And as you're thinking of all these dreaded,
Awful things,
Know that it is going to be cleared.
And we're doing this for a very,
Very special and beautiful reason.
And in front of you in the distance.
You see something coming towards you.
Way in the distance so you're not fearful of it just yet.
But as it's getting closer to you,
You realize that it is.
The air element of Aquarius.
It is a tornado.
A sandstorm.
Swirling around.
Coming closer and closer.
There is nowhere for you to run.
There is nowhere for you to hide.
All you can do is face it.
Surrender it.
And allow it.
To be what it is going to be in this moment.
And just like that,
You're already in the center of it.
And the wind.
The sand is hurting your face.
There's fricking on your arms and your legs and you are miserable.
But what it's doing is it's gathering.
It's got this momentum of whirling around and around and around.
And it is almost like it is studying you.
It knows where you hold this fear.
It knows where you keep this fear.
Your secrets hidden.
This.
Whirlwind,
Sandstorm knows you.
And as it's gathered momentum and you are in the eye of the storm.
This is a choice point.
In this very powerful month.
To either hold on to the baggage hold on to the shadow.
Hold on to the dark thoughts.
The traumas of the past,
Your old stories.
Or fling your arms up in the storm and say,
I surrender.
I choose to let go.
I choose a different story.
I choose to heal.
I choose me.
And as the storm is swirling and swirling and swirling around you.
You are actually quite still in the centre.
That all this old stuff is peeling off you like the sand is a sandblaster.
Penetrating the old cells,
The old memories,
The old stories.
Pulling it out.
I'm pulling it out of you because you have chosen to surrender.
No matter what.
Under this full moon,
The moon shining down on you now as the sun has gone down.
The storm still around you,
Brewing away.
Pulling at you.
Pulling your old habits,
Your old patterns.
And as this has happened,
All your old traumas or whatever you've been holding onto,
Those fears.
And now.

Excluded in this whirlwind tunnel.
And this whirlwind.
.
.
To who's away?
From you,
From your feet all the way up your body.
Your head.
And it starts to lift off.
It lifts off you and it is taking everything that does not serve you,
Everything that does not align with you.
Whether you understand it or not.
It is shifting your consciousness.
And it travels further and further and further up further away.
The moon is shining on this whirlwind storm.
It looks like a tornado and it is taking all of your baggage with it.
In this moment you don't have to worry about any of that stuff anymore.
There is a clean slate.
There is an opportunity.
To put out those thoughts of what you wish your life to be,
What you desire in your heart.
And as you're walking on that sand,
The sun gone down,
The moon and the stars are out.
All of a sudden the temperature drops.
It is a beautiful,
Comfortable temperature.
And you find yourself in this oasis.
Not realizing how good life could be if you just Let go of the BS.
Now that's not to undermine you and say it's easy to do so.
Or circumstances allow you to do with these.
But there is some small part of you that can step up and take action.
Tomorrow with something that has been nagging you.
To release.
To confront.
To address and not to be distracted at this amazing time we find ourselves on planet Earth.
And in this beautiful oasis,
There is beautiful rocks with moss,
Green areas for you to sit on and feel cool.
Fresh water.
Fresh fruit trees.
An oasis that you love and adore.
So paint your picture.
In this picture,
In this oasis What are you wearing?
What does your body look like?
What are you feeling?
What are you knowing?
As you're contemplating yourself.
How you wish to be and feel.
There is a beautiful guide coming towards you right now.
Perhaps someone in spirit or perhaps someone who is still.
On planet earth in a body.
And this person has a beautiful gift for you.
Give them a beautiful hug.
And as you're sitting down on the grass,
Enjoying this beautiful coolness,
The lightness,
Knowing what you've let go of tonight.
Knowing that anything is possible.
Abundance is on our doorsteps.
This guide to you or this person is very familiar and they have the most beautiful heart.
And they sit down on the grass with you.
And hand you this gift.
Notice if it had been wrapped or if it was in a box or it was straight handed to you.
Whether you feel like you want to open it right now.
It is something just for you.
It may be a word.
It might be a song.
That may be a crystal.
Maybe a piece of jewelry.
I have been in a big box.
What's the first thing that came to mind?
And as you're enjoying this time with your guide.
The moon is beaming down on you.
You feel different.
You feel altered.
The beautiful nature is filling your heart.
And also spending time with this very special person.
Person or spirit.
Enjoying the gift.
And if nothing came to mind,
That's okay too.
A message,
A sign or something will come your way over the next few days.
Feel refreshed.
Feel loved.
Feel nurtured.
Feel full.
Your cup is full.
You have left that story in that sandstorm.
Which is gone and moving towards the universe,
Never to be seen.
Your body feels good and feels healthy.
Healthful.
The injuries and disease are clearing.
And if they cannot clear,
If you're in that predicament in your life,
Then feel the love in your heart that you can share with others.
And so let's join together.
With the others on this call.
It doesn't matter when you listen to it,
Through time and space you still come together.
Is a collective consciousness.
Imagine your heart is full.
And you're beaming out that love from your heart.
At the same time as every other person.
And firstly,
That love is going to go to your loved ones.
If you're estranged from your family,
Still send them love.
It can land however it is going to land.
Without you controlling it,
Hating it.
Graving it.
Same to her.
And now send love to your outer circle,
Your friends.
Your colleagues.
Imagine this beautiful energy is touching everyone at the same time.
As we expand this energy out.
Further out in our circle.
Acquaintances the grocery person.
The mechanic,
The masseuse.
Wherever you've been.
Send that beautiful light and love out.
We're going further abroad now.
Into our communities.
Suburbs.
Towns.
Our city.
If you live on a farm,
Imagine it going out to all your neighbours.
Bye!

Imagine it now,
This beautiful love from your heart.
Is going further,
It is so expansive,
It is covering the state you live in or the island you live in.
The land.
And as we all do this together,
There are many people who listen to this all over the world.
Imagine that it is covering our countries.
And as it does,
It touches the people.
That are running the countries.
And they get a spark of humanitarian thinking.
In the Aquarius age.
Progressive.
Highly intelligent.
They get hit with wanting to do good by their people.
And imagine everyone on this call where the energy is now seeping into each other's energy.
Creating this bubble of beautiful love.
Of beautiful miraculous energy for anyone to tap into.
How amazing is that?
We get to do that.
That we can set that up.
That's how thin the veils are now.
Wishing miracles each and every way.
Imagine the world is in a beautiful bubble of pink love.
Coming from our heart.
All the way into all those places around the world and connecting.
Connecting together.
On a level that we cannot quite comprehend yet.
And yet we know it to be true.
Like the tree roots under the ground intertwining with each other,
Keeping each other strong.
Growing.
Looking after the little saplings and the big trees all together like we do.
Imagine this energy looks after the elderly.
This energy is loving to each and every child.
This energy surrounds couples with so much love and single people as well.
Imagine the waterways being touched.
Beautiful pink love.
Running through our water.
Our rivers,
Our oceans.
Beautiful pink love.
Rippling through our plant kingdom.
And our animal kingdom.
Love,
Love,
Love conquers all fear.
All the fears being dissipated into the sandstones.
Into the universe,
To whoever you believe in.
Is dissipating it and clearing it for us.
Imagine the whole world surrounded in beautiful pink.
And to deepen.
That love.
We change the colour to magenta.
This is the extra ray on the rainbow we see now.
It is the color of our heart.
So stuck.
Another chakra above our head.
It is the colour of compassion,
A deeper compassion,
A deeper grace.
A deeper knowing.
Fill your soul and body.
Entire body.
With this magenta,
Beautiful,
High vibe frequency.
Ray of energy.
You may not be able to see the clearest day,
But there is definitely movement happening.
Towards love,
Towards peace,
Towards joy.
And every little meditation and every bit that we do.
Is contributing.
To heaven on earth.
Keep sending that beautiful color to anyone else you can think of in your life.
And imagine it swirling around the world,
Everyone is being touched.
Some might.
From there.
Reject it.
That's okay.
It's not us to change anyone.
They may come to collect it at a later date.
Now it is time.
To come back.
Bring the beautiful magenta back with you and leave the earth in a beautiful hue of colour.
Back to your body.

Feeling the grace in your heart.
Wanting to spread this tomorrow.

The high vibrational colour.

Love conquers fear each and every time.
Feel that in your heart and know it to be true.
We are love.
We were born to love.
We were not born to suffer.
We are standing up and we're starting to know that is the pathway of love.
